Close to the airport, was there for a one-night stay, just to catch our flight the next day. The first room we got smelled like sewage, hence why we contacted the reception, received a new room, which was dirty, hence why we for the second time contacted the reception. This time we got a room that was okay. We also got hot chocolate as compensation, sadly the hot chocolate from the machine tasted absurdly bad, so we did not drink it.
The room had a leakage from the sink, made a small pound on the floor. The shower i separated from the toilet - pretty weird choice architecture-wise

I liked the space of the room ,comfort of the bed bathtub big and clean, swimming pool and sauna , existence of a kettle and a choice of teas and some good shops near the hotel, the shuttle service- do not make money on it please, you will lose clients for future and existence of sports facilities nearby.
I would recommend you to organize a small library in the hall at least in English and add some English-speaking channels more interesting like BBC 1 AND ONE ITALIAN, SPANISH , GERMAN then I will always choose you Ramada

A nice place, if a little far from the city centre by public transport (45-60 minutes). Lack of clarity over how the public transport system operates (different between Amsterdam city centre & outer regions) didn’t help.

What I liked was the quiet relaxed atmosphere, no disturbances after about ten\11 pm. The lovely canals with the many house boats. Easy access to the center\shops though you will need to rent a bike.
Meaning if you wish to be self supportive, otherwise there are enough options for eating out.
They also have a very lovely lounge. Staff are very friendly, laundry you can do for free but remember to bring some washing powder yourself if you need to do any laundry.
Its a great place but you have to be willing to do a bit of walking or biking. If youre fine with this it can be a place for you
I stayed at this hotel twice, both when arriving and departing on my trip. The airport shuttle is convenient, and is also available to take you to the Museumplein in Amsterdam for 10 euros. I wish I had stayed here more days while in Amsterdam, rather than the old hotel in the city center which was high priced and depressing. I was so relieved to check in before departure, for a great hot shower after a bad experience elsewhere.
On my first stay, I ate dinner at the hotel buffet which was very good.
The property managers were very accommodating and responsive. I booked a room for my young niece, a solo traveler who had to re-route her holiday trip to Madrid from Frankfurt to Amsterdam because of flight cancellations, and their immediate responses assured me that my niece would feel safe and taken cared of. The quaint property and location were also an added bonus for her short but pleasant stay. It was not your usual transit or "airport hotel," which was great.
We stayed at this hotel to get to the airport on time. A nationwide railway strike made train travel impossible, and this hotel offered shuttle bus service to Schiphol. Rooms were clean. Beds were great. Showers were small but water pressure was awesome. Rooms have AC. Staff very nice. Shuttle bus service was on time. Zero complaints. Zero stress.
We travel to NL several times a year, and will seriously consider spending our last night here to minimize stress.
A fabulous early 20th century house, wonderfully positioned on a dyke at the edge of Amsterdam with a lovely view of the polder canal, and with easy access to Schiphol Airport. The place has been fully renovated in a modern distressed style that works very well with the original character of the house. Generously sized living areas and kitchen made the stay very comfortable. On- and off-street parking was a bonus this close to Amsterdam.
The hotel has a favourable position to reach the airport (not to reach the Amsterdam city centre) and nearby there is a small town where you can find some shops, a supermarket, an ATM, and several good pubs/restaurants for your dinner.
There is parking available for 19,50 € per day (no reservation needed).
I would recommend it for one night if you need to reach the Schiphol airport otherwise you could do better.
We stayed here due to the location to the airport as we had an early flight the next morning. Hotel provided a free shuttle bus which was ideal for the purpose of our stay. Also has the option to use their shuttle bus to Amsterdam central at a small fee but this was a nice option as we got to explore the city a bit on our own
For me the highlight of staying at the Ibis Hotel is how close it is to Schiphol and the shuttle bus to the airport (back and forth). The hotel per se is quite impressive due to all facilities it has and how big it is as well.
I also liked that they are pet-friendly and my dog could join us in our stay.
The shuttle runs every ten minutes to the airport and the bus runs every ten minutes to Amsterdam. I would consider this hotel perfect even for people on holiday in Amsterdam. With the busses running every 10 minutes it makes sense to pay the lower room rate than a hotel in the city.
Location close to airport with free shuttle every 15 minutes. Room is comfy with decent size, clean and quite even though very near to the airport. Perfect transit hotel. Easy travel to amsterdam by train or bus. Breakfast is ok and vending machine available for late night snack.
Modern clean hotel close to Amsterdam airport with all the accommodations one would expect. The “all you can eat” buffet is a blast: great variety of foods, reasonably priced and rightfully very popular. The free shuttle bus to the airport was right on time.
Great option if you are flying early the next morning from Schiphol airport since the hotel has free shuttles running as early as 3 or 4 am. The rooms are simple but very comfortable and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
It is a great hotel. Great breakfast as well. Remember there is a free bus every half hour to and from Schiphol. Don't spend money on taxis. Ask on the phone or watch the YouTube video about where to grab the bus. Type in corendon.
Perfect for a short stay. I had to leave from Schiphol airport early in the morning and booked this hotel last minute. They provided a shuttle and everything was very well organized. Clean, convenient, staff were friendly.
This hotel is about 10 min to drive from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. They offer a shuttle bus that departs each hour. Our room was small and faced a parking lot. It was quite noisy at night. The beds were comfortable.
