My mother and I loved the location! Such a lovely town. The beauty of the windmills and homes. The town was so clean. The breakfast each morning was lovely. The location to the train station was great!

Close to the beach. 31st of December special dinner was fabulous. Very affordable deal for kids. Breakfast was great! Some older people who worked there were very polite and welcoming.

This is a little hotel which is located in the centre of a lovely little town Egmond-Binnen. The hotel is very tastefully designed and has cozy little rooms with a comfortable private ground floor balcony. We had to get away from our apartment for several days with our cat and the hotel welcomed our beloved pet with us which was very nice. The staff deserves a separate mention as everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful which made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was made of fresh ingredients and to add to the above "staff" comment, one of the staff members went to the shop to get some soy milk for the coffee as my partner can't drink normal milk, 5 stars! The hotel was kind enough to provide us the "dune pass" and help arrange the bicycles which were brought straight to the hotel door by a company based in Alkmaar, which made it possible for us to go and enjoy the beautiful dunes by the beach. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway if you're into quiet and relaxing trips.

Sweet little village, only had time to stroll to the quaint windmill house and drive to the marina, befriending a cow on the way! But had we had more time, would definitely want to hire a bike and get to know the area better. Our main objective was to visit Amsterdam as it was the first time for most of our group, so Uitgeest seemed the ideal place because it was not too far and MeerParel had a 3 bedroom apartment which is exactly what we needed.
New tents with all necesary equipment (air-conditioner, kitchen...) and comfortable beds like in hotel. Nice location for walking and cycling. There are two nice restaurants nearby if you do not like cooking by yourself.
