The location is very good, near the Polytechnic where I was with the job, being also near the city center by foot. Very clean, each day the towels were changed, also the view to the castle from the restaurant was amazing.

Spa and pool were so nice :) STaff excellent. Breakfast was really really nice to sit and look out the big windows at the Portuguese countryside. Fancier then we normally stay in but got winter rates.

The location of Porta 20 was perfect… about a seven minute walk from Old Town. The communication with check in check out was easy and helpful. Had a small issue with our room but Tatiana took care of it immediately and made everything perfect.
