Location and the fact that a family of 9 could book for 2 nights. Except… it only really fit 8 people, so one had to sleep on an uncomfortable corner couch. No real privacy to the shower area as the door doesn’t close. Only one teatowel and not enough towels for everybody, The kids enjoyed the loft beds and adults were ok on the floor on futons. We needed to be in this location for a function at Hayama Marina.
