Helpful, at every turn. A glass of wine while sitting at the patio, overlooking Lake Lugano was amazing. Need to remember, the building is over a hundred years old, so it's not your typical Hotel. But the experience of staying here, will last you forever. A good 6 to 7 minute drive to Lugano main street and waterfront. A picturesque drive for the memories bank.RichardUnited States of America

Great breakfast. Fantastic View. Comes with the Ticino pass which gives you discounts and free public transportation in the area. Nice restaurant down the Street open till 10:00. Had a fan in the room

It is an old building and hence it was not designed with your contemporary hotel in mind but that alone adds value. You lose track of yourselve and time. Everyone should see the place.PalFiji

Good WiFi, a nice kitchen and 2 toilets. Also very nice that in this apparent they took measures to keep mosquitos and flies out. Every window was covered. We will definitely come back here.

Staff is exceptionally friendly, I have been guest at the Diamond hotel for decades but would gladly stay here for a few days instead.
