Super lovely hosts, easy to check in and very accommodating given I arrived at 10:30pm. Quiet room and milk in fridge with coffee facilities which was great. Free parking just in the driveway. Would 100% stay again. The bathroom was clean and had shower gel, etc which was appreciated. As a solo female traveller, I'd appreciate a bolt lock on the inside of my room to feel safer, not just the twisty door knob lock.

Breakfast overpriced and warmed up. Staff were not helpful. Stating we had not booked. When I had booked on their website. After breakfast a member of staff made us give our card details!!!! When we had provided details when booking. Not impressed. I cancelled the next day’s breakfast. However when going to pay they had not cancelled the second breakfast but charged us. The receptionist removed this from the bill. Location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel and grounds exceptional. Also gym very good. The food overpriced.

the staff on reception, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. again Leftbank restaurant waiting staff were all excellent, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Spa facilities were excellent and room was well appointed, clean, very comfortable bed and good TV size.
