Reception offers a real wow factor when you walk in.
Good parking and a long way from the town centre so was quiet and felt safe.
The swimming pool and related facilities were nice and of a high standard.
Staff throughout were of a high calibre, pleasant and helpful.
The Standard Room in the Modern Wing was a good size, clean, well appointed and with a bathroom that had a separate shower cubicle from the bath. Large bed, good TV, desk and chairs. Proper wardrobe with hangers, safe, iron, fridge, tea making facilities, iron and ironing board plus a trouser press. Spare towels and pillows also included.

This rental was nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The internet worked well. There were lots of goodies left for us as a welcome gift. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and she let us enter the unit early as it was ready. An all-around great stay.

The architecture inside the Hall was stunning. We were able to walk around and admire it all due to there not being a function on. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and for breakfast. We stayed here to visit our daughter at Reaseheath university it was very close and convenient. There was also lots of places to get food and a very local supermarket. There’s lots of things to do in quite a local surrounding.

I was contacted by the owner before arrival to understand accessing the key. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Very male orientated hotel and the security at the entry way a shock as the hotel don’t warn you of that. As a single woman travelling alone this is intimidating in the dark. A very cold welcome.
