I stayed in the Queen Suite with THE most delicious tub, smack dab in the middle of the room. The bed was comfy. As an Outlander fan, it was a great place to stay! The staff was lovely, and the Scottish Breakfast was fantastic! Had dinner in the bar, and everyone was so fun!

This is a very comfortable home in a modern neighbourhood. Brenda was a very accommodating hostess who took care to make our stay the best it could be. She made sure we had just what we liked for breakfast, and made a good recommendation for dinner. This is a great location for visiting Fife, the East Neuk, St. Andrews.

Well equipped, tastefully furnished and very convenient for the station for visits to Edinburgh and Burntisland. Although close to the station, it was a very quiet road and not much noise from the neighbours. There was a well stocked co-op a short walk away and a couple of pubs (but didn't try them).

It was my wedding reception myself and the bridesmaids stayed the night before. All the meals were delious and could not fault anything .
On my wedding day the staff was so helpfull , they make you fell more like family than a guest . Everything was perfect on the day right from the morning to the evening reception.
No faults at all wish we could do this again

Freuchie is a small traditional-looking village close to the A9, surrounded by farmland and hillside scenery. There are other villages in the local area well worth a visit, and St Andrews is just a short drive away.

Freuchie is a very nice, quiet and if this is what you are looking for then you'll find it here. Walks and scenery, low traffic and a few small shops and a post office. It's also quite near to other bigger places.
It doesn't seem to have any ATMs or public toilets. There is a bar called the, Albert and of course the hotel I stayed at. There's a nice church in need of repairs to its organ, a cenotaph that also acts as a traffic island. The town hall was built in 1843.
