We thought we had booked a twin room, but when we booked in it was double. However, the staff switched us over very quickly and easily.
We were also able to leave a vehicle on site for a while, even though we had checked out because of a change in our circumstances. Everyone was very helpful.

Good location, exceptionally helpful staff, great breakfast. Useful EV charger (expensive but that's not the fault of the hotel). Recently decorated. Bed was comfy enough.

Location was absolutely ideal for us. Room (first floor to the left of entrance) was spacious and with view of trees and driveway.
Hot tub was lovely (although the jets aren't at all strong enough).

Village hotels are all very consistent so you know what type of room you are getting, the facilities and the breakfast. Beds are comfortable, room facilities modern and the breakfast options are numerous.

If they have a function on do not go ,waited to be seated for dinner for an hour as a paying guest very helpful reception staff well done James duty manager refused to see me about complaint regarding dinner situation disgusting incompetent individual, scott is a insult to the industry. To owner if you have a function on get more staff in so paying guests can have a meal after travelling all day and employ a duty manager who can give customer service like reception.Thaks for ruined stay SCOTT

Clean the bedrooms and toilets properly, let your guests have usage of the heat they want, out a fridge in the guests bedroom so we can bring some essentials in and answer the reception phone as I have been completely ignored.

Westmead hotel was ideally situated for the work I was doing in the area so made the trip very worth while, could have done with staying the night before too as to me a very long time to get to my place of work on the Thursday morning due to the weather and flooded roads.

i have stayed in hotels all over the world from 2 star to 5 star and in must say the westmead was one of the best, i dont know who rates these hotels but they got the westmead wrong it it more a four star or four and half the hotel was spotless everywhere the staff where very good, from booking in ,bar staff, breakfast staff, all very good and polite ,i would love to stay in this hotel again if i am in the area again.
The rooms are a good size and the bed is huge. I like that there is a bath option as well as a shower, and shower gel is available. There is everything I need for a comfortable stay, large TV with accessible HDMI port, hairdryer, iron, tea-making facilities. The hotel corridors are always quiet on week nights and I get a good night's sleep.
The location of the hotel was convenient for our visit. We were visiting family. I was a bit disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t included in the price we paid for the hotel. I thought the breakfast was overpriced to buy on top of paying for the room.
the room was clean , but when i went to the bathroom there was a spider in a web in the corner,
think breakfast could be inc in price , other hotels del breakfast in a basket ,some staff were quite misserable .
This was a beautiful hotel. Extremely well presented and comfortable. The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.
