Booking.Com's confusing booking scheme.
Booking.Com's confusing booking scheme. I was asked to pay by card online, which I did and had a receipt. It even said any extra's will have to be paid to the Masons Arms before leaving. When we came to leave I had to pay for the stay, as Booking.Com hadn't paid them. We strolled around town after checking into The Masons Arms, and it was exactly what we had hoped for in visiting the Cotswolds. We particularly liked the way locals gathered on the green near the B&B. Very friendly and inviting. We just happened to come across the old churchyard when Margaret was driving up to lock the church for the night. She offered to show us the church and took great pride in pointing out some of the ancient architectural features, explaining a bit about their origin.
