Clean and well appointed. The check in was accomplished by the bartender at the connected Black Horse pub. He was very welcoming and helped us get to our rooms with our bags. The room and en-suite were clean and modern. Security was emphasized. Parking was behind the pub. The price was reasonable.

Very professional set up to check in, all fully explained and the arrival envelope had so many details in it. Had a booklet for attractions, we were there viewing houses. All staff we met were very friendly and so pet friendly. Breakfast was awesome and very reasonable.

A tastefully extended Hall. The rooms were very good sized, extremely comfortable bed; with very nice linen. Bathroom - was spacious with a walk in shower and separate bath. The grounds are easy to access and provided us with ample fresh air. The restaurant and bar served tasty, well cooked and presented food. The staff were faultless - attentive, professional and friendly.
