I had no heating or heating control in my room.The main window would not close properly and cold air was coming in. So I did not sleep well.This is not Satisfactory at this time of year as I was very cold and no warm duvet or blankets available.

Very poor in appearance. Running tap that don't turn off. Rooms not very clean. Towel only for one person and not even a bath mat.
