Facilities feel new and comfortable. Great location just around the corner from the train station. It was nice to be able to shower in our rooms and to be unencumbered when headed down to the spa. Breakfast is really a highlight, quite a spread with local foods and western options, including three types of beer, gelato and ice cream. I’m guessing this place is packed during the summers during March it wasn’t crowded especially in the morning.

The free hot springs in the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park and Tangweigou Park are enjoyable. Easy to reach them, right besides with many vendors and convenient stores where can buy some drinks, snacks. Recommend to bring your own towels and shorts. The hotspring is very warm around 40 degree Celsius.

When I booked the hotel because has Japan style onsen in and room and public. The room too small for superior double room but it was single room. Hotel include buffer breakfast and gym at 9 floor. Gym hour from 0900 - 2100. The public onsen from 0700-1100 then from 1500-2300. I requested gym hour open two hour early from 0700-2100. Because the original hour gym is not ideal time for guest to use it. The price for hotel too expensive because the Japan style almost same in Japan but not quite yet but charge same price as it was in Japan. Jiaoxi is onsen town and I believe there should be other hotel cheaper and offer the same service

Whether it was our hotel manager or shop owners, people were not friendly. We went to a public hot spring spa, and it was overpriced and there was no water. It is not family friendly nor tourist friendly.

Easy to go as it's not very far away from Taipei.
Easy to go as it's not very far away from Taipei. I love to go to the nature for holiday. We would take the train to go around for more nature like hiking & night market..... & back to the B&B for the nice spring water at night.
Everything. Especially the prompt and proactive service. Nothing is too difficult it seems.
I gave a passing comment about smell in the toilet, and the room service staff ensured everything was taken care of.
The facility is renovated, and everything is well thought through. Especially the hotel parking system (esp when compared to Art Spa where to moved from).
So much fun activities to do in the hotel too. My son could not be happier with kids club, and my wife and I could not happier with the hotel spa facility.
We were there for a very quick 1 night stay and left early in the morning. Room was clean and pleasant, just like the photos. Breakfast plate looked decent though we opted out and just had coffee as we were going for a big lunch. Enjoyed the giant onsen tub with the hot spring water to fill up. Big balcony as well with rocking chairs. View was just neighboring paddy fields -- to be expected in Yilan. Complimentary drinks in the mini fridge as well
the pipe in onsen bath is great with good design to accommodate the guest. I like the roof top indoor dining area, good for communion for large group. There are breakfast and tea provided together with the accomodation. There are outdoor onsen for feet at the rooftop, and the rooftop can go a good panorama view. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, appreciate their hospitality. It has life access.
This hotel is beautiful! Excellent location. Staff provided service above expectation. Included in price is quite exceptional afternoon tea. Unlimited ice cream! I really felt the hotel make a huge effort to provide for their guests. First thing you'll notice are the beautiful aromas of the place.
Not those luxurious hot spring hotel, but room pretty decent, clean and free usage of private hot spring room which can fit 2 people, all the hot water even from the rooms are hot spring water. Location near the bus station and train station, plenty of food vendors around the area.
Hotel recently opened but more classic style
Grand lobby, great location in a quite and upscale neighbourhood, short walk to the township center
Roms are comfortable and have a balcony as well as a private hot spring, even for the shower
Nice, clean accommodation in the city center with huge bath, where you have hot spring tube. Hotel provided us even bigger and better room than we booked for the same price. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall stay was very pleasant.
The hotel is in a great location. It is close to one of the public hot spring pools and walkable distance to many restaurants. On the first floor, there is a giant hot spring pool and a sauna that was open until 10.
Hotel room is spacious, clean and comfy. There is hot spring bath in room and I enjoyed it a lot. Many shops and eateries surrounding the hotel, which is very convenient for traveller to find food and do shopping.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Toothbrushes and toothpase are all provided. Eye masks are also provided in the fridge. Enjoyed the hot spring bath very much. Snacks and drinks are provided 24h. Friendly staff.
