Fantastic staff who knew all our names the first day. Customer service one would expect at a 5 star resort was exceeded. Many activities can be booked through the hotel but the highlight was swimming with the turtles on Gili island. Very nice and quiet beaches.
Very nice and quiet beaches. If you wish to see Gili islands, but prefer more quiet area this is the location to be. Easy to hop on a boat to visit the islands. Also great tours available to waterfalls and pearl farm. Minus is that this area don't have mini marts or services other than hotels.

The remoteness has its own beauty, the beaches are fantastic but be aware to wear foot protection as nasty things urchins and other stuff hiding in the seagrass. Because this is a muslim country you need to realise the volume at the call to prayer can be very loud especially at five in the morning and the other four times a day thereafter. The area is remote so getting anywhere is a little difficult and expensive. Eating out involves going to other hotels, more taxi's and very expensive,you would have thought due to the lack of tourists visiting the area there would be more effort to encourage people to do so but the pricing really doesn't help this I would really consider all these things when you look to choose this area.

We were upgraded to a junior suite with a plunge pool which was very nice of them. I like that the rooms have a projector instead of a TV. Overall the hotel is fine, it's also very very quiet, you barely see other guests (only in the mornings during breakfast and at night during dinner), so if solitude, peace and quiet is what you're after then this place is suitable. It was a comfortable stay.

They also helped us with other information such as boat times etc. The villa was beautiful and had lots of space. It was also located on the beach and we had a private beach area. There's also an excellent hotel next door that had a restaurant and pool If you want a change of scenery.

Me and my family, with three children aged 3 to 15, felt so welcome and looked after during the week we stayed at the resort. It is also very easy to access the Gili islands from the hotel. Close to the Gillies but more luxurious than anything you find on the islands, beautiful beach , creat pools and overall a nicely kept estate. Great service from staff, they go above and beyond tending to their patrons. You can use the hotel as a base for Snorkeling around Gili Meno and return to relax in a nice pool.
