I have arrived to the hotel that claims to be open 24/7 just...
I have arrived to the hotel that claims to be open 24/7 just to face that there is nobody to be found. There was only a note hanging to call under such number to contact the reception. I did not have a Polish card to be able to call anyone. I kept knocking but there was nobody answering my calls. I emailed the place later which said they are open all the time. They are not coz the reception is closed after 10pm and they did not mention before booking their place that in order to get a room key after 10pm it’s necessary to contact them to get somebody there. The worse hotel experience ever, especially after long hours of drive and nobody to hand you your room key! I won’t recommend this place for the way they manage the hotel.NinaUnited Arab Emirates
