Brookside Inn Boutique Hotel, hotel in Abbotsford

Offering private balconies with a view of Mt. Baker or the vineyards, Brookside Inn is located 7 minutes drive from the Abbotsford International Airport, at Abbotsford's Pepin Brook Vineyard Estates.

Rooms where better then a condo. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this one shocked us in the well appointed rooms, tastefully, large, private and peaceful view, two person bathtub, huge balcony, fireplace and shower. Staff extremely friendly as well.

There was nothing I liked about this place, it's a dump with homeless people and drug addict's hanging around. Grounds are a mess, rooms are a mess. Dirty disgusting place. Don't stay here

    There were no bugs.

There were no bugs. But I did check the mattress and base boards (which were showing many years of wear and tear) for signs. The room was too hot, but once I figured out how to turn on the ancient air-conditioner, it quickly became comfortable. The furnishings were serviceable but chipped and worn.

We left the room 20 minutes after we got there because it was filthy. The owner has been harassing us since we asked for a refund. Even texting us trying to be booking.com This whole experience has been creepy and crazy. She used our booking information to go on this site and write a review of exceptional under our name. We did not write this. They really should be investigated

We liked the nice big room with the firm, comfortable beds and the fridge and microwave. We were disappointed our room was not attended to all the time we were there. We had to ask for replacement items. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would return.

Got this bed and break fast for very cheap while visited Abbotsford. Breakfast is more then expected and everything served as buffet , you eat all you can . cereals, coffee, tea and juices, all types of bakery and pastries, milk , meat and salami and luncheon. The common bathroom is big, clean and the toiletries are complete for your consumption. The staff are polite and nice to talk to. The room a smart TV , air conditioner , a stand fan as well, a nice queen bed. Overall, a must recommend if you have a limited budget.

The hotel itself is very poor. A majority of the rooms did not have number signs, but rather tape on the door with the room number written on with pen. The room was clean, but the vibe of the hotel was bad. It did not feel comfortable to stay in. Was run down and outdated. My husband and I couldn't even stay one night. We asked for a refund and did receive one, which was great. The staff was very understanding. I do not recommend staying here.

The bed was comfortable with a fairly firm feel and enough pillows to satisfy any sleeper. The room was large and the bathroom was especially large and spacious for a hotel. The card access worked flawlessly to both the room and the additional entrances on the first floor.

Love the waterslide! Location and parking was fine. Liked having breakfast, although sure wish it was real waffles like all the other hotels, not eggos. Liked the coffee pots instead of cup makers. Didn't like that we were in a pet friendly room when we didn't have a pet.

I wish I could find even one thing good about this hotel but there is NOTHING. It was horrible and I cannot understand how it operates as a Travelodge. I have stayed at other Travelodges and while they haven't been fancy they have been perfectly fine. This one was not !

The beds were pretty comfy, and the room was a fair size. There was an air conditioner that helped manage the temp. We ended up needing to leave sooner than we intended due to an emergency, but Pravin at the desk was super helpful and got us checked out swiftly.

Chris and Sandi Bus were outstanding in every respect. We were in Abbotsford to help with a death of a family member. The Brookside Inn provided the perfect oasis for us to regenerate and complete the difficult task. We most highly recommend the Brookside Inn!!
