The thing we really loved was the whatsapp service so basically you have someone that makes sure you always have what you want and that resolves any issue you may have during your stay, simply ask and they will take care of it, never seen that before but very good! Everything was so perfect, the food , the beaches , all areas were so clean , the setting is out of this world.. the entertainment at night was fun! The staff were nice and welcoming and tried to put us at ease all the time despite the language barrier . There was daily shows at night which were very entertaining (. We loved the firestorm show )
