Beautiful vistas and elevated over Caldera with stunning sunsets and great views. Avoid the town during the day from 11.00am to 5.00pm to miss the crowds due to the cruise ships swamping the place.
I hired a scooter for two days at 40 euros but don't settle for first offer shop around as it made a 30 euro saving and haggle a bit to get a deal.

Cute town with lots of paths to explore, shops to go in, and restaurants to enjoy. Views were incredible and sunsets a must. Trip to the crater was fun. Hot springs aren't hot. Beaches were difficult to walk on. Would have liked to spend more time in Oia. Buses are comfortable but crowded.

We had a blast exploring the entire island.
We had a blast exploring the entire island. We came during their winter when temperatures were 55-59 F, and for the first few days, had little sunshine and lots of wind. We definitely needed our warm jackets, and bought gloves and a hat. However, the last few days were sunny and delightful. Best thing was, there were no crowds, anywhere, in January. We are photographers, and delighted in the photos everyone comes to Santorini to get, without having to work around the crowds. We rented a small Fiat Panda from Sixt, and it took us up the switchbacks to Ancient Thera, down to Akrotiri to the ruins, up to Oia and around the island to multiple small towns to explore and photograph. We found some "local" restaurants that were open and filled, and sampled wonderful Greek food. It was a wonderful time, and we would come again in January to avoid the crowds!

Santorini is such a wonderful island.
Santorini is such a wonderful island. And Fira is such a great place to stay given that it is centrally located between Akrotiri and Oia, and not too far from the airport. Weather was fantastic for November. We were only a few blocks from the bus station which has buses running to all parts of the island fairly frequently (helps to avoid taxis which tend to charge a bit much). The sunsets from both Fira and Oia were magical, as are the walks along the charming streets of both towns.

Santorini is no longer a relaxing vacation spot.
Santorini is no longer a relaxing vacation spot. Five cruise ships were in port and, therefore, pedestrian streets were so crowded in Fira and Oia that you could barely move. I visited in 2011, which was nice. Friends warned me not to return in 2023 because of crowding but I disregarded their advice. They were right. Santorini would be wise to strictly limit the number of cruise ships. If you go there, try to schedule your visit when there are no ships in port. The day we left there were no ships and strolling around was actually a pleasure. It's a beautiful island - but overcrowded.
This small boutique hotel with just four rooms was fantastic! It was very clean and right in the heart of it all in Fira. The price was very reasonable for Santorini. The owner is very friendly and gave us great recommendations. The room is classic Santorini, decorated in blues and whites. The shower was great, and the bed comfortable. it was just a three minute walk to the bus station and a couple of blocks from the caldera edge with fantastic views. It’s also a great starting point for the famous Fira to Oia caldera hike.
The hotel is located in the center of Fira, capital of Santorini, you are just meters away from the shops, the bars, restaurants and the view!
The Villa is very nicely decorated, in a modern and clean look.
The room was very spacious, with AC and a nice window with a view on the court.
The best part though, is the friendliness of the owner Stelios. Great conversation and he went above and beyond to help us organize last minute transfers.
Overall amazing stay!
Also great value for money - would defiantly recommend!
This hotel is in a phenomenal location once you arrive to Fira. Walking distance to food, bars and gift shops in town. Also, you can walk to the outer city limits and see some spectacular sunsets overlooking the caldera. I made a last minute request to the staff to extend a night and they quickly found me a room. The pool is a little small but it does the job. Again, you can't beat the location of this property. For a few days in Santorini it will not break the budget and it does the job.
From the beginning to the end of our stay, everything was fine. Every day we had towels changed and the room cleaned.
Special thanks to Edmund.
He was very nice and helpful. Our breakfast was great. We were full.
The center of Fira and bus station were located nearby. Cca 15-20 minute from hotel on foot.
The hotel’s location is in the beautiful street of Fira.
We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to visit Santorini.
Thanks for everything. 🤍
I loved everything about my stay here. From the moment I checked in, the staff (mainly Evi) made me feel welcome and cared for. They were always available, the rooms were clean and stocked with everything you could need, and there was a great pool/ leisure area in the back. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the bus station/ main square where all the shops and food were. All in all, fantastic experience will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Santorini.
We had a wonderful few days in Santorini. Pick up was seamless on arrival into the port and we were upgraded on arrival 😍. The manager and all the staff at the hotel are extremely hard working, knowledgeable and ensure that your stay is a perfect one. Hotel is just outside fira town, but they provide free shuttles for their guests which were prompt and comfortable. Rooms Very clean and pool nice size. Would definitely recommend! Thank you 🙏
The name of the hotel is really suggestive. Such a beautiful / dreamy place to stay. The architecture and decoration very was all very authentic "Santorini style". The swimming pool area was amazing and great place to chill. You get personalised breakfast served by your door - and what a great breakfast! Staff very friendly and helpful. The location is great and very central, close to everything in Fira. Highly recommend.
Amazing location on the caldera with easy access to downtown Fira & central bus station (less than 10 min walk).
Adorable courtyard for breakfast
Terrace with beautiful sunset & saved us from going to Oia to fight the crowd
Best staff ever! Giorgos & Konstantin were the best hosts; they helped with luggage, booked dinner reservations, and so much more! They made our stay in Santorini simply perfect!
We LOVED the hotel, mainly for their unbelievalbly hospitable staff. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms, for a beach hotel, were excellent. Not luxury but really nice. And the hotel is a short walk to Fira, in the centre of Santorini (Thira). The staff, I can't sing their praise enough. Truly exceptional and especially Elpida. Just the best!
facing the east side this hotel is a basic one. however for the price it delivered what it promised. a nice big room and a big breakfast spread on the eastern terrace. not too far from bus station of fira. stay there if you dont want to burn a hole in your pocket and still enjoy Santorini. they also arranged a pickup car for us from the airport during late check in.
The hotel is an excellent location for walking around Fira and for accessing the bus station that can take you directly to the port and beaches all around Santorini. Our room was also clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering its central location.
Fantastic view from the Executive Room and from the breakfast terrace. This is really all you need and what you come for in Santorini. Very kind and helpful staff. Facilities are clean and the hotel is perfectly situated on the cliffside and center of Fira.
The hotel is very close to central Fira and the bus station which made it very easy to get anywhere on Santorini. Luca was super helpful and gave us lots of good tips. Breakfast was also great and the general facilities were good. Highly recommend!
We celebrated our anniversary in Santorini and stayed at Casa di Magi! We met in santorini 10 years ago and were excited to return again. Giota and Margarita were the best hosts! The apartment was clean, close to Fira and had everything we needed.
The owner and staff were great and hospital. The appartment was clean with ample linen and towels. It is close to Fira, although you have to walk up a hill. Santorini itself is so expensive that I think this is a relatively good deal.
The hotel is very close to Fira bus terminal and easy for daily transfer to Oia or beaches in Santorini. The room is small but for the price you are paying for, it is considered good. Safe area and quite in the evening.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is right in the heart of the action in Fira. The views from the hotel are exactly what you imagine Santorini to be.
Perfect location for short walks into Fira city center. A small family owned hotel with friendly staff, the complete opposite of the mass tourist side of Santorini.
Very nice boutique hotel in the centre of Fira!! Ideal if you want to be close by the main town of Santorini.
Special thanks to Vaggelis in the reception!!!
