First and foremost, the hotel shuttle was there when we arrived! We texted the hotel when our flight was delayed, and got a quick reply that we will be met by the driver in the arrival zone. And that's exactly what happened!
KAME is only minutes away from the airport. It's a brand new (open just months ago), NON-smoking hotel. Super-modern and clean! Our room and bathroom were well-designed and comfy. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious.
The owners of the hotel are Asian. They offered to cook us a Chinese meal when we inquired about the food options in the area (which was a nice jesture on their part). They called a taxi for us that took us to the city center of Belgrade next day.
We recommend KAME to everyone who needs a hotel with a free shuttle - close to Nikola Tesla airport. We had a perfect stay here after our long transatlantic journey!
