The items in the restaurant are most minimum in continental breakfast option by USD 10.58. The water pressure in the toilet is too low. This mustn’t be considered. The most of the reception staffs can’t answer any questions regarding communication to from the hotels and some other information I needed. They showed sidestepping attitudes in many cases.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I requested for a feather free room since I’m allergic to feathers but my room was not ready when I checked in and had to wait. The associate who was helping me offered me complimentary snacks while I waited for my room to be ready. When I was talking a shower, I realized that the body wash bottle was empty and was not refilled, also the box of tissues was almost empty and I didn’t see body lotion anywhere in the room. Just little thing’s missing from the room which is why I rated my stay much lower than I would have. Other than that, the facility was updated, clean and had most of the amenities I needed. Far from transport and shopping centre and to city centre and Hollywood. No shuttle. Hard if you are not driving, rely on taxis/uber. Staff not always helpful. Disliked · Let me just start by saying that if I could I would give zero stars to this hotel! We’ve had bad experience since the moment we stepped into this hotel. When we were checking in, the lobby was filled of kids running around bumping into us and open alcohol containers all over the lobby from a party the hotel was hosting in a room that they obviously reserve for party’s. On top of that once we checked in and go to the room we were assigned to we walk in to the room still being occupied. And then to finish it off we got our car tow from the hotel parking. We were not parked in a “no parking” spot, we had our parking paper in the car and yet we still got our car tow had to pay all the towing fees about 300$ and the hotel manager did nothing to help but just be rude to us.
