Lots of food options close by.
Lots of food options close by. It's Easter weekend, so a lot of places are closed, but Wang Palace is right up the street. Close to the highway and easy to get around. There are 2 different CVS within a mile of the hotel so we always had what we needed. Stop n' shop right around the corner. Food+meds+laundry, all bases covered. Nobody messed with our car or anything like that. There were a lot of police on patrol, but nobody tried to violate my Constitutional rights. I found a creek out behind the hotel while I was smoking a joint, it was peaceful and prohibition of pot is lifted in CT, so smoke it if you got it!! :)

I have family in the area and this is our go to hotel :)...
I have family in the area and this is our go to hotel :) There are great restaurants in the area as well as shopping and activities. Old Wethersfield is quaint and a great place to spend an afternoon.

Was the perfect weekend of relaxation.
Was the perfect weekend of relaxation. Using the pool, sleeping and eating. The food is wonderful, the bed is very comfortable and the pool and whirlpool are great (just don't like the piped in music in the pool area).

I knew we would stay in one place for the entire week and I wanted a place that looked safe and comfortable. I even chose to pay 500 extra dollars over the other hotel I had chosen, in order to stay here. It was fairly comfortable, but not worth the rate. The staff was the best asset for the hotel. They were very accommodating.
