I travel often for work so I am quite familiar with hotels and its fees. I will say the facilities were clean and will worked for a quick short stay. The front desk staff and concierge were not pleasant. My shower head was calcified and broken and I was charged $26 for a cot that 24 hours prior I was told by a gentleman on the phone that it was free. Concierge stood and looked at me while they saw me and my guest struggle to carry our suitcases down the steps - in what world is that okay? I was so irritated, I just swiftly left.
With a few tweaks, change in management, staff etc I would come back.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute because of a change in our plans.
It was great. Very clean, comfortable bed. Great staff.
One comment:
The quality of the bath towels does not meet the quality of the facility. You need to do better on that.
But all in all a great place to stay.

It was extremely difficult to find.
It was extremely difficult to find. Breakfast (what there was of it) was s supposed to be 6 to 9, but when I went in at 8:30, it was all closed up; in fact, it looked like ti had never been opened up.

I visit Stamford often and frequent the Harborview area. The rooftop dining is stellar and there is always plenty to do in the city, be it outdoor music or s stroll along the sound. The atmosphere is like a "mini New York"

We were in town for just one night.
We were in town for just one night. We checked in later in the evening and there were many places to eat literally a minute away! The parking was full and we had to park about two blocks away. It was fine.
The room was nice. The pull out couch had no linens. We called the front desk and received new linens within 15 minutes. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff in building let kids run around the 4th floor all night, slamming doors yelling, smoking pot. We complained to the desk, and they never did anything about it.
The rugs were filthy in the hotel. The sink in our room had food from someone else that had stayed there stuck in the drain. disgusting
Wonderful, attentive staff. Very strong water pressure in the shower! I've never had such strong water pressure in a hotel before. Our king plus sofabed room was comfortably large for two parents and one kid. Bathroom was also roomy and comfortable.
The way to make the air conditioning work well is to turn it all the way down to 62. if you get too cold, adjust the temp up. It works fine.
So convenient having a restaurant with a late night menu until 11:30 PM. (Although maybe that was for the convention that was happening.)
The staff in the lobby were absolutely fantastic. Service at both breakfast and the bar were very friendly and served good food and beverages. The coffee place next to the elevators offers a good option to grab something for the road. Location is great, downtown Stamford - restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away.
Comfortable, clean,. Love the kitchenette, and the fridge. Bed was a bit to soft for me. Good service, there when I needed it, staff is kind, friendly, ready to help to me so I could be at ease.
I have stayed in this hotel many times and will do it again the next time I go to visit my son.
The location is good, the lobby looks great and the room was better then expected. Hotel is a short walk to Stamford’s central area where there are plenty of restaurants, shopping etc plus the Hotel is close to interstate 95. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and courteous.
It was nicer than expected. It’s a nice older hotel which was easily reached off of the Connecticut Turnpike. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was sweet. I have no complaints. The price was good.
I liked the hotel, it was very comfortable. I did try to order room service at 9:40 pm and no one answered. I tried several times. It was supposed to be available till 10 pm. We went off the property to get dinner elsewhere.
The room was relatively clean. I've stayed at this hotel before (when it was the Crowne Hotel). The hotel and rooms are getting dated, however it was relatively clean and comfortable.
