The location is good, close to everything with direct access to a parking garage. The room is of good size, high ceiling and very quiet. We stayed at the 6th floor where the restaurant, fitness center and outdoor pool are located so it is very convenient. Staff is friendly & helpful.

Loved that the hotel is in walking distance to the grocery store, the mall, the location is in an area that is safe enough to go for a walk or jog at night and always saw security patrolling the property at night. I would recommend taking the hop on hop off bus and boat tour, visiting Bayside where you can shop, eat and just relax in a clean environment.DianeUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

I wish I had a dry, enclosed place to sit outside and eat. The areas where I could sit were wet from the rain. The lobby was too cold so I was hoping for an outdoors bench and table that was dry where I could eat and wait for my 4pm flight after I checked out at 10am.

Aloft was excellent!! Would stay there again. Everything was within walking distance. Very quiet Hotel. Aventura Mall was 5 minutes by Uber plus there are some shops close by in a Promenade. Win Dixie also. I also love the restaurants in the area. Friendly people. Thanks much

Location was great and hotel very clean, staff was friendly and helpful..I was a little annoyed with the air conditioning making noise while running and it never stopped the 3 days i was there..I also felt having a bar with no bartender on site especially on the weekend was disappointing, they did have a cook in place but was highly inexperienced in the field of bartending.RAYUnited States of America - 2.0Scored 2.0

The first night in a hotel the room was so cold we were freezing we could not turn the heat on or lower the air conditioner to make it more comfortable when we called the front desk the phone in the room did not work we had to use our cell phones they told us the heat was off in the building we were freezing all night very uncomfortable. When we asked for a blanket they brought up a blanket and a garbage bag and it was all Naby like it was 25 years old it wasn’t even folded and it didn’t even smell fresh and clean we actually left it on the floor and the cleaning crew never picked it up. The staff in the restaurant did not speak English was very hard to communicate our wishes and once it was terrible the whole experience was a terrible experience and for the price they charged I would’ve expected more from the Hilton in HotelAAnonymous
