Stayed close to town so we could walk it was beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decorations. Not alot going on in town that time of year but it was nice being out walking around without all the crowds like in summer.

Provincetown is a really pretty place to visit.
Provincetown is a really pretty place to visit. Walk the beach, the wharf and downtown. There is something for everyone. The shops are nice with quite a variety of offerings. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. The drive to Provincetown is equally nice. Once you come up to Truro and see the dunes ahead of you it is amazing. A real ahhhhh moment. Go enjoy yourself.

I love going to Provincetown.
I love going to Provincetown. I've met people who have become good friends. It is a beautiful place. It has become nostalgic for me. It can be relaxing with a walkvon the beach and dinner out to a night on the town. It is more fun during lesbian theme events for me such as Women's Week, Splash, Memorial Day Weekend. I also enjoy Carnival and the parade. I want to go during the Portugese Festval. I would go all the holidays if I had the time.
It is a relaxed atmosphere. I as many enjoy walking along Commercial Street. I feel compelled to get coffee and typically a fresh hot masalada from the Portugese bakery as Chuck is standing over making the fried dough fresh. During the summer they'll be performances along the streets and in front of town hall. This in addition to the many singers, comedians, drag shows, dances that are available primarily at the Crown & Anchor and Post Office Cafe, and Red Room. The Boat Slip fills up in the afternoons towards the end of the week for the packed Tea Dance.
The WayDownTown has live performances with some awesome bands. There is always something. There are plenty of restaurants to get a fine meal and others with good pub like food.
If you just want to watch a beautiful sunset, you will get the best views. I thought I already saw whales in Boston until I went out whale watching out of Ptown, there were close to 20 whales on the trip.
They have great shops. I got nice pair of leather boots on sale from a store that went out of business. I got a red leather jacket discounted off season. They have several jewelry stores. I went in one looking for 'my ring' a perfectly cut large emerald set in gold. Someone must have bought it during the 2 for 1 sale.
Mass is a recreational marijuana state and PTown has multitude of shops.
I love PTown!

I love the diversity of P'Town and that's why I chose a second visit bringing my husband this time. I thoroughly enjoy people watching, and chatting with people. Our evening dinner was a Fanizzi's on the sea, and it hit the spot! We chose to do a whale watch tour, and had the most wonderful ride (nearly lulled me to sleep), and saw 13 humpback whales. I find the town enchanting and compact, and love the beautiful gardens that are well kept. If you enjoy walking, scooters, or bicycles, this will be a visit you need to make. See you next year!

The range of shops, the holiday vibe and great for people watching. Would imagine probably very busy in the summer, then stressful rather than relaxing. Loads of restaurants to choose from all types. Car Parking available but you have to pay.

The people in Provincetown were very friendly and helpful.
The people in Provincetown were very friendly and helpful. The town is quaint and clean. The restaurants are excellent no matter which one we chose. However, we stayed at The Provincetown Inn which we were very disappointed in. It was old, dingy and in dire need of a deep cleaning and renovation. Would not recommend it!
Lots of artifacts around the property to let you know of the history. Fabulous location with beautiful views. Breakfast was great. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. David, at the front desk, was so friendly and most helpful. What really made our weekend was having Dinarte serve us at the hotel bar. He was so pleasant and accommodating, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone work harder. There were 2 wedding groups., and he managed to serve everyone in a packed bar with a smile for HOURS. Thank you, Dinarte!
Pilgrim House is a fairly sizeable hotel (large, for its location) right in the absolute heart of downtown Provincetown. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and quiet even in this busy location. The free wi-fi was very handy. The hotel has its own lounge and bar, and specializes in performances, including piano bar and drag shows. These are very popular, and despite their good attendance I was never troubled by any noise.
Incredible deal!! We didn't expect such a large studio with kitchen! It was super clean and the staff were more than helpful. We love Provincetown and come up twice a year during the off season and the location of Eastwood is exceptional. Great walking distance to Commercial Street; easy access to restaurants and shops and, the best part of off season: no crowds!!!
Really nice guest house just off centre and really very close to all the bar’s & restaurants. The Provincetown brewery is right across the road and cycle renatal next door.
The room was great & comfortable though there was a slight inconvenience in the mornings for the shared bathroom.
Breakfast was ok rather than stunning but did the job.
The place is right by Commercial St, where all the shops and restaurants are located. We went to Provincetown off-season, so we did not go to the beach, but the place has a lovely spa, hot tub, and sauna. The room (George Sand) was very pretty! Breakfast & wine hour were great. Kind, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend & revisit.
Great location and in my view the BEST location to be in Provincetown. Walk to all of Provincetown. Great views from the living room and upstairs patio. Great overall living space for a 4bedroom place in PTown. Perfect location to really feel apart of Provincetown. Great big dining room table, comfortable beds and furniture in house.
The rooms were Marvellous, having two bathrooms was a real treat. The beach was beautiful and almost empty, the children loved it. Odd that the outdoor pool was warmer than the indoor one. The outdoor pool surroundings were a bit Grim. It was a great location for going into Provincetown. Great value for money
The location was very convenient. The hotel is pristine; very well kept and super clean. There are several amenities offered, such as a fire pit, outdoor games, picnic/bbq area, and a pool during the summer. The breakfast was good; the blueberry muffins are delicious!! The staff was friendly.
The 1 bed apartment made a great change after a week of hotel rooms. Room to relax not just on a bed. Barbara great at check in, location could not fault. The availability of Car Parking, in P town parking at a premium and can be expensive.
Great location, on the beach - at the tip of Cape Cod, and just at the beginning of Commercial Street in Province Town one of the two main streets in P Town. The atmosphere in the hotel is great. Room was comfirtable and parking was ample.
The hotel could not be any more centrally located - it’s about a block way from Commercial Street. The property management we’re extremely accommodating, and frequently texted with updates - and also reached out beforehand.
Excellent staff interfaces, WiFi was acceptable, location on the shore was good for us, with complementary buggy into central Provincetown when needed between 3 - 9pm. Shuttle Bus also stopped outside the hotel
We absolutely loved our stay at the Breakwater Hotel!
We had a nice room for 4 people with an amazing view over the sea, interior design was really good and the hosts were so lovely and welcoming!
We loved that the hotel was pet friendly and we could take long walks with our puppy on the beach. I loved complimentary coffee in the morning and the cleaning service was always on time.
Great spot in Provincetown and peaceful, clean, super nice and relaxing pool area - the grounds were immaculate. The little shuttle to town was a bonus.
