The beach is beautiful and at this time of year, there was nobody there. The weather was in the 50's ( December) and made for beautiful beach walking weather. There are a multitude of walkable restaurants that make it very convenient. It's right on the coast to drive to Gloucester, Crane Beach ( my personal favorite), or into Boston. All in all, a fabulous place to stay.

During a recent visit to Revere, MA, I had an unfortunate and truly horrible experience at a hotel. We arrived in the midst of a massive storm, seeking shelter and safety. However, instead of finding solace, we were met with an appalling situation. The hotel, taking advantage of the desperate circumstances, shamelessly overcharged clients seeking refuge from the storm. It was disheartening to witness such greed and lack of empathy during a time when people needed support the most. This experience left a bitter taste in our mouths and served as a stark reminder of the importance of ethical practices, even in the face of adversity.

The location was the best part of our stay . Room service wasn't available and the hotel bar was closed our entire week stay . The pool only goes to 5ft and we were told by maintenance (after 10 minutes in our room)they didnt have the channel the Red Sox/Yankee game was on only to find out the next day it was on the wrong input (my husband figured it out) Our room had a dirty cup on the bathroom floor under our towel shelve and the last guests pocket change under our ice bucket tray . We've stayed at cheaper hotels and had better service/cleanliness. This stay cost over a thousand dollars and just wasn't worth it.

I loved everything about the hotel.
I loved everything about the hotel. Unfortunately, they charge for parking. This was not disclosed when I booked it and when my husband saw the pending charge on the credit card, I was told it would come off because it was already part of the fee through booking.com. While $15 will not break the bank, in the future I would probably choose another hotel based on principle. I don't appreciate surprise expenses when I travel.

Lady at desk named Ledi, treated me as if my money was not good enough for hotel stay, came across very Racist by way of choice of words and body language, told me to go stay a a Motel that may take my cash. She told me my rate would be $60 more than what the original $121 amout was, with no explanation. Theres more, but i will be notifying HR and Patrick Pacious about this.

This hotel was very convenient, being about ten minutes drive from Logan airport away from the hustle and bustle of Boston. After a long flight, collecting the hire car and then driving in the USA for the first time the location had been a great help.
The hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the train station which enabled us all to travel to Boston without the worry of driving and parking.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even gave us all a goody bag on arrival . Clean, Comfortable rooms
I would highly recommend booking the "Duck Tour" for sightseeing .
Bed was comfortable this time last stay as I stay in this hotel often the bed was not comfortable the prior stay.The room had a slide window that opened fully to let in fresh air very nice . It's clean hotel great staff nice simple little gym room.. over all I really like this hotel and will continue to stay here.. locations not bad, little farther out of east boston area but reflects in cheaper price..there's also a pool althou I've yet to use it. Must drive but Close to beaches .
The hotel shuttle is great with very helpful staff. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance to the beach, though maybe too far to do the distance with luggage. The breakfast was lovely. It's a pity most people use the hotel only to be close to the airport, I spent two nights there and it was wonderful. The neighbourhood looks a little bleak but Beachstreet offered some nice places and several Thai stores with a good variety of fruit and other fresh produce.

Location directly behind the train station and at the beach is perfect.
There is a free shuttle to the airport. Even though the airport is close-by, you don’t hear the planes flying by in the rooms!
Rooms are very clean and modern! The tv is huge and moveable, so you can watch from bed or sofa.
The location is perfect, only 1 minutes walk to blue line Wonderland station, and the Revere Beach is just across the street. There are some good scored restaurants around the hotel. Two levels indoor garage provide sufficient parking lots to the hotel guests. Thanks for the compliment breakfast offered, but hopefully there would be more tables and seats to avoid long waiting line.
Greeted by amazing staff who were very helpful and considerate in a town (Boston) not always know for geniality.
The room was spotless and comfortable.
We ate at the adjoining restaurant which was both convenient and good.
The hotels run two shuttles 24/7 to Logan and the drivers were prompt and polite.
I would definitely stay there again.
Was easy to check in and room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and general feel at this hotel chain is a sense of safety which is important and the staff are friendly. Its ideal for families, solo and couple travellers. They also have a free shuttle service to the airport. Would stay here again and recommend.
I was overcharged. This hotel was the only one I could make reservation to stay. It was a huge storm and many flights cancelled I ended up going to this hotel and it was a total nightmare. It’s duty, old, bad smell, impolite staff. HORRIBLE. Save yourself and don’t go there!
Great value, quiet, location was excellent. Previously we stayed down town which was at least twice as expensive. Ubering is also expensive. Taking the train into and out of Boston every day was much cheaper and not less convenient. Also nice to have free breakfast.
Staff was very friendly and nice! The airport shuttle worked perfectly. The hotel is very new and everything looks very nice. The breakfast has a concept “to go” which attended what we needed at the moment. There is coffee available all day.
