Outdated motel charged hotel price for 19’’ analog TV Plugged tub with hair on shower walls missing door mirror But glue remained Balcony Screen falling off track charged $50 extra for what I had already booked looked like mold around light fixture offered fruit at 7:30 am So disappointed we were stuck! Didn’t notice all the things until we settled in for the night

I wish someone had advised me that you were not serving breakfast. I found the morning that I had to find breakfast elsewhere. Also i was not aware that this was a hotel for homeless individuals. The television would not work. The individual at the desk did finally fix the television. I probably will not stay at this hotel again. I am coming for Christmas and have booked at another hotel. I understand about Covid 19 but I should have been made aware that I would have to make arrangements to eat elsewhere. The restaurant across from the hotel opened when I was checking out. I did not drive myself and had to wait for by brother to pick me up for breakfast. Very dissatisfied with your hotel. There were individuals with no masks on even though there was a sign on the door. They did not even have decaf coffee.

I liked the cleanliness of the room itself . The bed was very comfortable but the bed needed more pillows . the shower faucet knob kept falling off into the bath tub which made taking a shower very difficult. The next morning looking for the continental breakfast was bothersome. No clear direction where breakfast were located, no visible signs assisting me that breakfast was located in a certain area. I will not stay here again this place has gone so downhill it’s unbelievable I have stayed at this hotel many times before it is a rundown hotel the TVs are very small I asked for a new battery and the remote control the guy just pulled it out put it back in said it still worked the only thing they Was gave me an early check-inANTHONYUnited States of America - 4.0Scored 4.0
The staff was friendly and the pool was okay.
The staff was friendly and the pool was okay. Otherwise, the fitness center was unusable with chairs and tables on the equipment. The breakfast was inedible without even fresh coffee hot trays that were unused. There was mildew in the bathroom, the curtains didn’t block the lights, and the television was damaged.
