The staff was so nice upon check in and really responsive throughout our stay. We were in a great room with a balcony, which was a nice surprise! My husband commented that it was the best sleep we’d ever had in a hotel.
Just a short drive from Boston, this property is located in Billerica, one of the nation’s oldest cities. Many corporate headquarters such as GE, Avaya and Millipore surround this modern hotel.
Booking.com says rooms have frig and microwave. Our room did not. Also no shampoo kleenex that are standard everywhere. I did not feel safe there and it is rare for me to feel unsafe anywhere. The price was a rip off for what we got. Tonight we are in a hotel and paying the same price we paid for Motel 6. We have a very comfortable room with all the amenities missing in Tewksbury.

Photos are deceiving - shows a Towne Place by Marriott Residence sign, but not affiliated with Marriott. Not even close to the level of Marriott’s reputation and should remove the pictures since it’s false advertising.

It was a positive surprise for us.
It was a positive surprise for us. The room was spacious and offered the main utilities for the family. Besides, the hotel offered a god gym and have a pool and a great parking lot (almost every day we arrived late without to have any issues to find a good spot in the parking lot). Great option for a short stay in the surrounding of Lowell city.

One final note.
One final note. We left a pair of women's pants there and the hotel staff went out of their way to retrieve them and hold the,m for us to recover them. Ursula is to be commended as a very fine staff person

Tewksbury is a quaint city, things are thoroughly spread out they have nice parks and nature filled areas however I'm not a fan of the police in the area, I went for a walk to the local store and decided to go for a bit of an excursion exploring the neighborhood and it seemed like the cops were planted in every area of the woods as if I was some type of fugitive and it was quite an uncomfortable experience that I couldn't even go for a nature walk.

Clean the place up!
Clean the place up! Make sure things work before customer stay in room. Outside security is desperately needed. Get rid of the cigarette butts all over the front entrance. Customers that can not comply to the rules should be asked to leave immediately.
Location was perfect as it was right off the highway. Gas station with good supplies right in front of the Hotel. Also a restaurant and a fast food place in walking distance. Beds the most comfortable ever at a Hotel!!! Would be perfect for a long stay as kitchen has a full fridge, sink and even a dishwasher! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so perfect for 2 couples travelling together. Food in the buffet was good.
The hotel is outdated. We were never told that housekeeping services are only available to guest every 5 days. Towels are by request only. Due to the limited housekeeping services and the large pets allowed on the property, the smoking guest my experience was subpar. I do not plan on using another holiday inn chain in the future.
Terrible place only worth about 20 dollars a night not 140 dollars we stayed the next night in a 4 star hotel for only 30 dollars more. No plugs for the bath or sink, no handrail on the outside stairs loads of trip hazards on the balcony leading to the rooms and icould go on and on the whole place needs to be torn down.
The location was perfect and close to the highway. Rooms were clean. Jackie at the front desk was very courteous, friendly and professional. Staff was always available if you needed something. Excellent service overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and family.
Great location! Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Great hotel staff (especially Darianna and Omar). When our rooms were ignored by housekeeping for two days, Darianna and Omar at the front desk gave us fresh towels and got our very full wastebaskets emptied
I stayed in king suite and it was just perfect. The kitchen was bigger than I thought and the bedroom was separated. It felt like a comfy apartment and not a hotel. It was also very inexpensive and had an outdoor pool that I used. Great value.
I loved my 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect for traveling with my daughter. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. I was so impressed with this place, I didn't want to leave. I can never go back to a regular hotel room after my experience.
During the holidays there wasn't any cleaning staff. Used take out orders lined the hallways. The microwave malfunctioned during the last evening. The hotel needs many updates. When it becomes a Hilton Garden I will update my opinion.
This hotel is our regular overnight on a long car journey. Faciliies are clean and well-maintained; rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is "OK". Nothing great, but a reliable start to the day.
Only the location!
the general manager tried to help us with the room very kind of her considering that she is new in her functions and is trying to improve the service of the hotel.
Everytime we have stayed they hold $100 and I get it back that same day about an hour after check out. Still haven’t received that money they hold, very annoying this hotel does this.
The room was exactly as described in the website. With a good structure for a family of 4 people. Besides, the hotel offered a gym and a swimming pool that we did not try it.
