The place is falling apart.
The place is falling apart. Towels and beddings should be replaced. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. But the bed was suprisingly comfortable and room quiet which was really nice as the hotel is close to the airport.

Got to the property after paying own transportation to get there when they advertised a shuttle from the airport. No electricity, flooding, toilets were not working people charging phones in nearby hotels. Unable to cancel my appointment on their system due to no power, so they said I had to contact booking who refused to refund me for a room I did not stay in due to no power and electric. The main entrance was closed. They should have had better signage to show where it was. After going around the Hotel twice, I called to find out how to enter. It was a side exit behind the gas station that was in front of the door. We walked down a long dark hallway to where the front entrance was. The floors were all torn up, there was plastic covering the area that used to be the front desk. The young girl was very nice and said we could see the room first. I told her I wanted to check if the TV and Air were working. She rushed us out of the room before the TV came on. We went and finished checking in, went out to get our bags, went back to the room to find out the TV was not working and the bed was queen size and not the King that we paid for. I went back to the front desk that was just portable tables set-up in the main room and asked for a room with a working TV and a king bed. There was a new girl there, she just stood there looking at the computer. I thought she was looking for a new room for us. After standing there for 10 minutes I asked her again if we could get another room. She replied, it's been 15 minutes and we needed to change rooms before that. I tried to be as nice as possible and asked her again to change rooms. I asked if they even had a room with a king bed and a working TV. She wouldn't even answer me. I said I would like a refund. She told me I was rude and refused to talk to me. We went back to the room and retrieved our bags and left. I have never be treated that way at a hotel.
