There were two other families staying at this hotel. The front desk people did a great job of putting us near each other on the same floor.

I liked that every last one of your staff was extremely polite, respectful, and helpful to their best ability. A wallet got let behind and your honest staff turned it in and mailed it out to me, they way the situation was handled alone turned my whole experience about the hotel around.
