We had soiled bed linen in the closet from the previous...
We had soiled bed linen in the closet from the previous guest that was for the roll out couch. Staff was by themself and unable to replace in a timely manner. Ice machine not working on our floor. Ceiling in lobby leaking water from sprinkler system. Pillows needed to be replaced. That being said, was very clean and comfortable, think they just had an off day.

I was confirmed to stay however the payment transaction was declined on business side of booking.com. 25 + min. So front desk charged my card so I could check in. Then ultimately I checked and praying I only get charged 1 x for $105. The front desk mgr. Ajay, was patient, polite, and deserves recognition. And booking.com needs to rectify payment issue from your end to the hotel.
