The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable, large and spacious bathrooms and the sofa bed in our room was excellent. I would stay hear again! I'm just bitter because there is no free breakfast as implied by the website.

The hotel was clean and modern, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the food service staff. We were especially impressed that the cleaning staff had obviously cleaned the in-room coffee maker. We usually have to spend some time cleaning and sanitizing them at hotels, but this one was clean!

Our hotel was within a comfortable walking distance (1+ mile) to Forest Park which is simply lovely. There is so much to do and see right there. We thoroughly enjoyed the zoo (which is FREE) and wished we had more time to spend there. We didn't get to go to the museums or planetarium but will plan to on our next trip. The Jewel Box in Forest Park is a nice quick stop with beautiful landscaping and many varieties of flowers.

Ephraim, Chris, the lady that did the breakfast were very efficient, exceptionally knowledgeable and nice! The shuttle drivers that picked us up to go back to the hotel were very nice and courteous. Felt secure with my car being in the parking lot. They allow you to reserve time for the pool in one hour increments. Having drinks such as hot teas and hot cocoa available at all times added feature.
