My toilet did not flush right and i needed to ask for a plunger, I asked for a first level room, but it was not a King bed, which is what I paid for, my coffee machine did not work. The bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean, they should do some upgrades, but I enjoyed my stay. The room next door had their tv blaring, but my air conditioner drowned the sound out. I would stay again because of the comfy bed and the location.

Other than pizza, Italian, or Chinese, the only restaurant close by is the cabin… decent prices and food! Although if staying at hotel bring plates because you can’t buy them at any convenience stores and restaurant doesn’t have anything except foil containers!! Grocery store was only option and after already stopping 4x we threw in the towel and ate it cold!!

I cant stress enough how important it is to have friendly and professional staff in a business. I was truly impressed with the front desk staff that included Amira, Katrina and Jocelyn. They are your first contact and his you're greeted really matters. I also have to acknowledge the maintenance person who replaced a faulty TV. He apologized for the inconvenience abd took.catr of it immediately. And, it wasn’t his fault that it wasn't working. The attendant at breakfast was also pleasant and professional. The breakfast offering was wonderful. Such a wide selection and quality are good. I also loved that fresh coffee was always available in the lobby, along with delicious cookies the popcorn rvrt on Friday evening.
I would definitely book again just for a quick getaway.

The hotel was clean and seemed fresh.
The hotel was clean and seemed fresh. The room was not what I expect from a Hampton with a very small shower/bathroom, small room, old lumpy pillows, threadbare towels, and horrible signal on the television. Breakfast was so-so with powdered eggs. I wouldn't stay here, again.

Front desk staff were very nice and there were free beverages available. The room was updated and clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Everything was in working order. I would stay there again. Great value for the price.
I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago. The pool needs a complete overhaul, not to mention that the heating around the pool did not work. The breakfast was below average (could have better choices consistent with healthier choices...needs to keep up with current trends..). The food counter was not tidy. The room's temperature control did not work properly. While this place is well located for my needs, we will definitely not go back.
Everything is wonderful, and the receptionist, (Pauline) and those with her are wonderful. They follow up on maintenance as well. Everyone is friendly and tries to provide you with service. The receptionist, I do not remember her name, was sick for a week. She is also practical and wonderful. Thank you. I was happy with my choice of this hotel, and I hope that it will develop in the future and include the external courtyards.
Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast was complete and very good, with long hours. Staff were quite accommodating for requests (eg late check-out). Hotel location was easy to reach, but there was little in the way of services in the immediate area (restaurants, pharmacies, retail stores, gas stations).
Place needs major updating. Plaster on the walls. Uneven floors. Bed bugs in room. The hotel is a dump. Motel 6 should be ashamed that this place has its name on it. All the roo.s need updating. And the heat was not working I. One room. This is unacceptable. The staff was very nice. That's the only bright spot.
This was a really nice clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were welcoming and informative, the decor was bright, clean and modern and the beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and this was a great stopover on our way to New York City.
Exceptionally clean! The only negative aspect-NO fault of the hotel- A water main pipe broke. Hotel did not have any water for 2 days, so I ended up booking at another hotel. Unfortunately, the day without water was not reimbursed.
No face clothes in the rooms. Front desk person claimed that they no longer have any to give out.
Could care less.
The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. The carpeting in hallways smell moldy and dirty.
The staff was very friendly very clean and cool little location near 24 hour restaurant and other stores Elmsford is a nice town and close to Sleepy hollow and train to New York
Staff is very friendly. Room is clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is clean and renovated. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this hotel.
-Hotel services are excellent
