Staff was great. The hotel has a quiet time policy after 9pm which is great for people that like to turn in early. The breakfast was good, the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit. Overall in definetly would stay again.

The hotel was convenient to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient.
Located in Queens, 2.9 miles from Aqueduct Racetrack, Marriott New York JFK Airport provides accommodations with a fitness center, private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant.
This facility should not be operating at all. The staff is poorly trained and ill-mannered-, making it unworthy of dealing with customers or guests. It should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi.
The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions.
fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's
For most travellers this is an 'airport' hotel and it provides from the needs of those travellers well. There is surce luggage storage and great lounge spaces you can relax in even after you have checked out. There is tea/coffee/chilled water available and computers/phone charging facilities.
A help yourself continental breakfast is provided - cereal/toast, muffins etc. It seems they used to provide snacks at all times but stopped during Covid.
The airport shuttle service was well run. Since it only leaves the hotel for JFK on the hour, it's important to plan in order to get back to the airport on time.
The staff here are very nice and very helpful.
If you have a car, you can easily get to the beach and very pleasant seaside towns.
This was a great location for us visiting family in the area, but a challenge to get into Manhattan via public transportation.
Good hotel for staying overnight when flying from JFK. Friendly and very helpful stuff, close to the JFK airport in a safe area, good shuttle service and clean quiet room. Less then average breakfast in the hotel for European standards, but lots of restaurants (mainly fast-food) around and few large shopping outlets. Would stay here again.
My wife and I went to a wedding in Atlantic Beach on Saturday and needed to be in Flushing Queens on Sunday, so we decided to book a room at the Five Towns Inn. It was in the perfect location for our needs, reasonably priced, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a good night's stay.
Shuttle service pickup hourly. It would have been useful to know that the shuttle was clearly marked with the name of the hotel on it, instead of the information on booking.com that the shuttle is usually white or burgundy. Coffee and tea were available in the reception area.
The good thing about this airport hotel is that it offers a shuttle from and to JFK. In the hotel's area are many shopping options and many restaurants. Connecting to Manhattan would be best using the shuttle to JFK and continuing from there with local transport.
It was quiet. The shuttle doesnt run at 2 I needed to get to the airport so they called a cab I was told it would be q8 when the cab arrived 2 of us needed to go they tried to charge 32.00 each The hotel agreed to have someone take us in the van.
LOVED the cleanliness, large size of room, highly comfortable bedding, efficiency of staff, great communication between hotel and us prior to our arrival, adequate (not lavish) breakfast, grrat location for our needs.
The provision of the hotel shuttle. The fact that they gave us the possibility to check out later because our luggage was delayed for a day. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
The hotel is what you need to stay for a layower. You have bed, chair and stuff like that. Nothing more. Good for those who just want to sleep in their room, nothing more.
Provided Airport shuttle service. easy just call and let them know you're ready for pick up. Close to places to eat once you arrive. Nice and quiet hotel.
