Great location. Friendly staff. Room was very clean.
Jacksonville was okay and what I expected. We (the group of about 1000) travel there at least once a year for a BB tourney. We stay in different places and so we can share with each other where to stay next time.
I did not recommend this place as I did not feel welcomed or safe as there was no staff to be found and the police were on site at least once during my short stay.
I was sent a text message with instructions on getting into my room after hours yet my text message about the noise was not responded to.
If you want a kitchen in your room I guess its all right but for the 20 savings I could have has a fitness center, pool and free breakfast?

If you can stay somewhere else, please do so.
If you can stay somewhere else, please do so. Housekeepers enter your room without permission and try to find anything to keep the "un-advertised" "incidental deposit" fee. Will not be returning. There was no breakfast as advertised, there were insects on the outside in the halls as well as inside my room. The morning desk clerk is very rude and unprofessional. A housekeeper entered my room even though I had my DND sign on my door. A housekeeper also knocked on my door @ 10:20 AM. I don't know about anyone else, but DND means just that, DO NOT DISTURB. I didn't ask for a wake up call or reminder 9f checkout. Will no be returning!

The room was NOT good.
The room was NOT good. We ordered a handicap room when we booked and it was confirmed. They had none. No bars in the tub or shower. We bought a rubber mat for the shower so we would not slip. The breakfast was a joke on everyone. No housekeeping at all for the three days we were there. We were on the first floor it sounded like workout room above us. We called the front desk when we were trying to sleep. It stopped. the next night it started again.

Enjoyed visiting Jacksonville NC to visit our active duty...
Enjoyed visiting Jacksonville NC to visit our active duty Marine son and his family. The town has grown a lot since my husband was stationed there nearly 40 years ago! There appears to be just about anything you might need in Jacksonville! People are friendly, and the beach is close by. The base has also been developed and renovated!
All the other front desk people are nice! the heavy set lady needs to go, she the reason people stay in other hotels, her mouth is to much for the public, some people can't manage the job right! And she likes to take deposits for towels or just for any reason, I didn't want to write about this place but she is the wrong lady for the job. Maybe was a Good person now gone Bad 😔
I was extremely pleased at how clean this place was! We needed an affordable place to stay for the weekend that was close to the beach. We reserved three rooms and they were all equally clean. It seemed a little more spacious than most hotel rooms. The front desk clerk said it had recently changed ownership and things had been remodeled. Would definitely recommend!!!
I made last minute reservation and drove 4hrs from Virginia. Pictures on websites is nothing in person. I paid $81 for the night and $150 deposit for what? This was very unsatisfing and disappointing. Paints coming off the walls. This reminds me of Motel 6..... Door edges were nasty. AC was the worse😡😡😡😡
I did like how close it was to base
Cleanest place we have stayed at in Jacksonville ( my boyfriend is in the marine corps so we are up there at least ones a month to see him)
I loved that the rooms had a kitchen area
Good water pressure and plenty of hot water
I would definitely stay there again
The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great every morning. The young lady covering the front desk made fresh hot cookies in the early evening, made the lobby smell like home. They were delicious. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
This place was awesome. The room was over the top beautiful and HUGE. Clean, smelled nice and clean, comfy pillows snd mattress. The staff were amazing, we arrived early, snd tired from very little sleep and we were checked in early. Super nice people, friendly and kind.
It was pretty basic but much better than the room we had originally booked at another hotel but had received a refund for. It was pretty clean and property was quiet. The head of my bed was lower than the foot but we were just relieved to have a clean safe room.
Everything was very nice. Hotel was clean and smelled amazing, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was yummy, location is good and convenient. This is absolutely the best hotel or motel I've stayed at in Jacksonville and the only one I would book going forward.
being able to book so late as we were coming from a rat hole hotel. we saw the fire pit and sat there for a while even in 30 degree weather we were warm. room was excellent and had everything u would need in it. staff on point.
This isn't the kind of place where I would expect a breakfast. What it is is a cheap place to stay near a couple of bars so my girlfriend and I could crash afterward without driving home.
We have stayed at this Home2 Suites by Hilton in Jacksonville, NC multiple times in the past. We love the location to restaurants and stores as well as how close it is to Camp LeJeune.
I liked staying at this hotel. Staff were very courteous and accommodated my requests. I like the free continental breakfast and coffee available. The rooms were nice and clean.
