There was a great view, this was perfect for watching the sunrise and looking out at the ocean!!! The condo was a convenient distance from the beach and the club. The overall look and setup of the condo was very nice! I like that there was an elevator and steps going up to our condo, very convenient. We enjoyed the chairs and tables out on the terrace as well as the view of turtles and fish. The water spicket and attachment at the back of the garage was very helpful. The Yale lock was super convenient. The washer/dryer worked very well and we're so convenient. Overall a nice place to stay.

Sunset beach is beautiful.
Sunset beach is beautiful. Much better than the crowded, nasty beaches of myrtle. We drove into Southport, as I love the movie “safe haven”. Ate a lovely dinner at the “fishy fishy” cafe, and took a stroll around this quaint town.

The room was too small.Get rid of your sofa bed and put in a small table and chairs . As long as you force your guests to eat in their rooms, you need to provide a space for them to sit. Your TV trays in the closet just don’t get it. All the instruction notes in the room I found to be offensive. You are much too controlling and it shows. I guess you feel you have a captive audience during the season. But in the off season you don’t. We took a chance and were very disappointed. Once was enough for us.!

The condo was clean and very comfy! The beaches are like Angel dust sand and friendly people for the most part. October was the perfect time as there wasn't a crowd on the beach!

We love Sunset Beach and had a lovely house at Sea Trail...
We love Sunset Beach and had a lovely house at Sea Trail Golf Resort for twenty years. We just sold it this past July but were there in Feb. for two weeks and stayed at the Champion Villas with another couple! We have many retired friends at Sea Trail and will continue to come back there at least twice a year for golfing. Its a beautiful beach and far enough away from the crowds at Myrtle Beach but close enough to North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach for great restaurant and shopping! Its been our favorite place to visit since 1995! Villa Tuscana is our favorite Italian restaurant in N. Myrtle Beach!

We got to select a different beach each day. Atlantic Beach, Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach. The property was well kept! Clean! Comfortable! And suitable for our group. Just the right size. We did have a few ants and one cockroach so perhaps leave some spray in the house. We had everything we needed for cooking and a day at the beach!

The view of the marsh was very nice, as there was a lot of birds in the sanctuary to watch while we drank our coffee of the mornings. We stayed in the “Bermuda room” and it was very lovely.
