The beds were very comfortable.
The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of choices. The water in the shower was nice and hot.The location and accessibility to the highway, shops, places to eat and to buy gas was excellent. I would definitely stay again. I look forward to the room being updated.

I liked the potential of the room.
I liked the potential of the room.
Things appeared damaged and wasn’t clean properly.
I spent my first day cleaning.
People loitered around the entrance 24/7 non stop noise. Police consistently there from criminal activity and overdoses.

The room's cleanliness was questionable there were stains on the comforter covers the pillows looked as if they hadn't been changed out in 20 years and the carpet was stained. Strong odors of food in the hallway to the point that I asked the desk clerk was there a restaurant in the hotel.

DO NOT STAY AT THE RED ROOF INN !!!
DO NOT STAY AT THE RED ROOF INN !!! Room was NOT very clean. NO tissues. NO conditioner or lotion. NO continental breakfast. NO Bible. Toilet tissue was on the tub - there wasn't a toilet tissue holder. Got 2 bottles of Shampoo & one was half used! To use the microwave you had to unplug the fridge! Room was VERY poorly lit even with ALL the lights on. Since I paid for a room with a microwave & fridge you would think there would be a coffee pot, but there wasn't. Lobby only had coffee which was so HORRIBLE you couldn't drink it. Then 2 MALE Mexicans came pounding on my door, speaking in Spanish. (I saw them through the peep hole) They had clip boards in their hands. I wasn't about to open that door!!! Later, when I checked out, I asked the desk clerk if they sent 2 guys beating on my door. They said no. After I described the guys, the clerk said they were their cleaning crew. I said a cleaning crew has a cleaning cart....not clip boards, and they ANNOUNCE that they are the cleaning crew! At checkout at 10:30 a.m. there was a hotel worker sitting outside the lobby door drinking a 16oz. can of beer and smoking a cigarette.......he sounded like he had more than 1 can. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

The privacy and spacious rooms were a plus.
The privacy and spacious rooms were a plus. Beds were very comfortable. The photos in the description doesn't show or mention the loft and bottom bedrooms have their own bathrooms which was a surprise and very accommodating. Although it states the property is near the airport you would never know, its quiet, easy access to the interstate, and several places within walking distance to restaurants.

I was there to visit friends I had not seen in years, I was a wonderful trip. They were in Parma which has no motels/hotels, so I came to Middleburg Heights eight miles away.
Make sure you find a place to eat pierogi's, if on a weekend the church's sell them and some restaurants specialize in them too.
Check out the Cleveland Zoo, Asian Lanterns is there now. It sells out fast so if you plan to go get your tickets online. Cleveland is well known for their park system called the emerald necklace.

The new hotel is in a good location for us. Many restaurants and shops right around the facility. Room with huge but did not have enough seating for us and only two coffee cups. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom but only three towels. We feel that maybe the newness of the hotel was part of the reason it was not as accommodated as it should have been. There is a missed opportunity to add better/larger furniture to the room for more comfort
Property was not clean the room was not clean at all. Pillows were lumpy, sheets were to small for the bed. Only way to get fresh towels was to ask for them. Never changed sheets in a 6 day stay. We travel and stay at Hampton Inns all the time I promise you we will think twice on staying at a Hampton inn again.
Convenient for visiting family and friends in near by area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff is very friendly. Normally we camp with our travel trailer at the Fair Grounds but we sold it and now will be make this hotel our home base when coming back home.
the employee at checkin was friendly, though the process took longer than I would have preferred after 8 hours on the road. the room was more than big enough. there was a 24 hour exercise facility though I didn't get to use it so I can't speak to its quality
The staff at breakfast was helpful and friendly. I liked the fruit options and toasted bagels. Unfortunately, my daughter couldn’t find anything she liked. I liked the large room and location of the hotel to the airport. I also liked the gym.
Hotel consistent with description and expectations for a business trip in the US of a few days.
Breakfast is fine, same goes for the gym.
Typical business or road trip hotel.
Close to the airport (~10min drive).
The room was on the 3rd (top) floor. It was super quiet, in spite of the fact that the hotel was sold out that night, so it was crowded. The room was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The suite had plenty of bed space and bathroom configuration was nice. The hotel was convenient to the airport. The room had a lot of useful gear like the stove, fridge, multiple tvs and lots of beds.
This hotel was disgusting. Very dirty and incompetent staff. Very disappointing as other sonesta i have been to were nice and cleaned. The staff wasnt too good.
