Clean rooms and friendly staff. We used the pool facilities to relax after a long drive.
The room was comfortable, and the mattress and bed were soft and cozy. The texture of the sheets was very inviting.
The furniture and decorations in the lobby gave a good vibe.
The oatmeal at breakfast was good and spiced well.

I was looking for something that would give me the feel of Pendleton, The atmosphere is exactly what I wanted, It is not one of the run of the mill motels, It was perfect!
The hotel was DISGUSTING. Outdate shower. Dark scary hallways. The carpets were dirty. The room was not clean. There were stains on the chairs. Old tile from the 70’s in bathroom. Couldn’t adjust the temperature of the water.
We were NOT notified that the lounge/bar/restaurant was not in service until AFTER our reservation was made.
It was an absolute nightmare and absolutely disgusting. Old, disgusting and dirty. There was blood on curtains. False advertising with pictures on website.

It's my home town so I know it well and could show my friends from Germany what a small town in the U.S.A. is like compared to the major cities they/we visited. Pendleton might be small, but it has a creative community and much to offer during the spring through fall. Winter is a quieter time, but there are some local restaurants and the Oregon Grain Growers Brand Distillery & restaurant that are lively & offer great meals and adult beverages.

This is our second visit, last time we enjoyed the Underground Tour, it was fun!
This time we visited friends in La Grande and then enjoyed the Prime Rib Dinner deal at the casino on Saturday Nights. It was a lot of food and a plenty big piece of Prime Rib!

I like the history surrounding Pendleton and would like to tour the underground cave. The restaurants were adequate, but nothing to write home about. I'm not particularly fond of the one-way streets in old downtown Pendleton. Pendleton is a good stopping point for us when we are traveling to the Portland area and the Rugged Country Lodge
fits both our needs and our price range. Very friendly too.

To be honest there isn't much to do in Pendleton.
To be honest there isn't much to do in Pendleton. We did the underground tours which was cool but other than that there isn't much to do there. I was a bit disappointed.
But if you do go there check out OMG Burgers they are amazing all around.
Excellent!! Totally renovated, super clean, trendy “Motolodge”! Comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff in the office, zero complaints. Great location, walking distance to super restaurants and all of downtown shops. Stayed here heading south, then again headed north. No comparison to the other “budget” motels in the area. If you’re on the fence, highly recommend a stay here.
Very clean hotel. Older so rooms are larger than modern hotels but updated and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Bathroom was also large and clean. A/C worked well, beds were comfortable as was the bedding. Location just off the freeway so easy on/off but also very close to town of Pendleton where we went for food and grocery shopping.
Even though it’s obviously a bit older of a hotel (physical keys, dated designs, etc.) it is not neglected, dirty, or run-down. Instead it’s very evident that the staff works hard to make sure the rooms are clean, your stay is comfortable, and all your basic hotel needs are met. That effort and care is what won them a high rating in my opinion.
I don't like anything about the hotel.. it was so overpriced..the room was dirty.. holes in the wall, dirty non functioning toilet dirty bathtub.. garbage on the ground outside of the hotel.. dirty ass stairs leading up to the room. It was the biggest waste of $228. I ever spent..on our 23rd wedding anniversary.. we were so disappointed..
We always like this hotel. The room is always clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and welcoming when we visit. This is our favorite place to come and stay when we're in Pendleton. They are pet friendly which is always a plus for us because we travel with our little dog. It's great for us.
It is a older hotel built in the 1950s but has been nicely renovated. It is kitchy and the bathroom had that 50's vibe with the avocado green tile with the black trim and the pedestal sink.We liked it not a cookie cutter style hotel.
I like that you still offer the complimentary cocktail in the evening. We haven't been in Oxford Suites since Covid and I know a lot of hotels stopped the complementary breakfast. so I was happy that they were both available.
Basic hotel which was suitable for what we needed, a place to stop between destinations on a road trip.
Breakfast was included in the price
Short walk into Main Street where a number of restaurants are
Easy check in and out
Incredibly rude check in person. No food available. Very messy bed upon arrival- not certain if the sheets were fresh. Room size was fine. A huge hotel with depressing feeling and few guests,
Cute and comfy property. Met the needs for our stay. Easy to find. Close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. There was an issue when we first arrived, but it was resolved quickly.
Clean enough for it being a Motel 6. It was an acceptable level of cleanliness for someone who is used to staying in higher end hotels.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
