Shuttle service was cancelled and I was not informed until I phoned the hotel after waiting almost an hour. Even the taxi drivers and airport staff were not aware that the shuttle had been cancelled. Had I waited any longer I may not have been able to book in as I found out that the night porter finished at 23:00hrs. Very disappointed with the information provided by the change. We were not there long enough to make any real comments on this hotel. They did recommend a restaurant across the street which was exceptionally good. Italian in design and superb in foods served. Good place to stay next to the Airport, shuttle van was on time and the drivers courteous. Besides the hotel restaurant no other places to eat were close by. The Restaurant needs more variety of foods.

EXTEMELY and DELIBERATELY MISLEADING!!! We would never have selected this hotel had we known. Management knows about this, but obviously benefits from it, but HILTON does not if it lets this knowingly false advertising stand.
