Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Staff is Great. Breakfast is good. My omly Big Issue is the fact that the hotel is Not Handicap friendly. Two main issues is that our Handicap room was on the 4th floor and the elevator is to much of a walk for a person that has walking issues. A Big issue is the fact that the ice machine is all the way to the opposite end of my room. It is a Real problem. The only thing that makes it a Handicap room is that the have a sign next to the room door thats says it is handicap. All would have been good if I had the ss m e room on floor #1 which is by an exit door and I could take my dogs directly out tge door to relieve themselves. Being on the 4th floor at the very end means I had to walk the distance to the elevator down to floor 1 and then down more steps to go outside which is a Big Issue for me to walk, especially with dogs. Oh, also the bsthtub is kinda hard to get in and out of it and dangerous for falls. I am Serious about these issues. But other than that, the hotel is Great, rooms are comfortable. Oonly issues are for those that are handicap.
