The location was close to the airport.
Boss Queen Soul Cafe was nearby. EXCELLENT 😎
Shrimp, Catfish, Crab Cakes, Mixed Drinks. AWESOME.
BEST CRAB CAKES THAT I EVER HAD.
I wish that I had another couple of days to stay in Norfolk.
I would go to Boss Queen Soul Cafe twice a day.
I put some Crab Cakes in a ziplock bag in my checked luggage 💼.
As soon as I returned to Nashville, I unpacked those Crab Cakes,
put some in the microwave, tore them up.

Norfolk was a great city - not too big.
Norfolk was a great city - not too big. There were restaurants everywhere and we tried several of them. It was easy to navigate in Norfolk - we found the Walmart near us as well as a drug store. We went to the wine festival and found a parking lot with no problem. It was great!

We stayed at the Hilton on main and upon checking in. The staff informed us that we could leave our car parked there while we go on our cruise and it would only cost us $12 . When we returned from our cruise we couldn't get out of the garage we called and after waiting around 30 minutes they came out and charged us $90 some dollars. After we paid we still had to wait 5 min more for them to open the gate. There were 3 cars behind us that told us that they were told the same thing( that it would only cost$12 one time fee to leave their cars) I called and talked to the front desk manager and she was very rude. She said that it's the state's parking garage that she can't do anything about it. THE FRONT DESK STAFF LIE To the guest and evidently are allowed to.

Loved the Norfolk area in general.
Loved the Norfolk area in general. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the extremely crowdedVirgina Beach. Definitely worth the visit to the USS Missouri and Naticus Museum.
Mission Barbecue is AMAZING!
The hotel is a joke.

The pool was the dirtest I have ever swam in I found a clump of hair floating in the pool plus the bottom of the pool was dirty. i don't think that the filtration system was working as i did not seen water moving in the pool for the 3 days that we stayed there
Horrible. Room smelled. I had two small children with me and there were drug deals happening right in front of them or people passed out on the stairs. The ac was out in our room and it was 90 outside. My poor kids suffered all night. Can't tell me they didn't know it was not working. Filthy walls. Old dirty bedding. I was scared there honestly. I asked for my second night to be refunded and tried to just check out. They refused. Said would move me to another room. But it was not a safe or clean hotel period. Please avoid.
The room and view was nice. Staff was great, friendly and professional. It’s Right in the middle of everything downtown Norfolk. I booked a King however I was out in a two bedroom queen room due to AC issues in the King room... for the inconvenience my valet parking was free! Thanks you ladies . The pool and hot tub was nice, we enjoyed it.
For the price me and my husband paid to stay one night, I expected the hotel to be worth the money and was very disappointed. They are extremely over priced. The rooms were not clean whatsoever. I actually cleaned the air-conditioning unit it was so packed with dust I'm surprised it hasn't caught on fire.
the hotels and room was very good but the food was poor. There was no forks and spoons out and i ask the women behind the counter if they had any. she state that they don't do that. the eggs were very poor and the waffle maker was dirty with old waffles on it. they was no fruit like bananas.
The hotel was very convenient to get to the airport especially with the free shuttle. The room was big and comfortable. I appreciated the outlets by the bed to charge phones. The breakfast was very good with many hot choices. The staff were very helpful Anna nice.
The breakfast area was amazing and the ladies who worked in it were so very friendly and helpful. Loved the view of the ocean and seeing the different plants they have growing around the hotel. Housekeeping was always available to help with anything that I needed.
We slept very good. Eventhough the bed was low. It was very comfortable. The area was quiet. The room was very clean. Water in the shower was good and hot. Overall was a good stay and close to resturants and gas station. Only 15 min to downtown Norfolk.
We were staying in Norfolk for the J&A Racing Norfolk Harbor race weekend so the hotel was the perfect location! The room was very nice and the city view was exceptional. We also enjoyed going to Grain for some appetizers, drinks and live music.
The room was horrible, I felt unsafe and the surroundings was very loud. Tissue was stuck in the ceilings and head board of the bed. bad smell bathroom was dirty. when i asked for a refund due to feeling unsafe i was denied
Did not stay at the property. They did not have a room for us. Sent us to another hotel and paid for 1 night. I had 2 small children with me with special needs and bouncing between hotels was disturbing for them.
Staff at front desk and restaurant were very charming and helpful. Clean quiet room seemed like the hotel was well kept up. Location was near everything, plenty of parking and Starbucks onsite was a plus.
We were searching for a clean hotel, which was surprisingly hard to find in Norfolk. And we needed to be near the airport to catch a flight. The staff were welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure.
The room was disgustingly dirty. We asked for another room and it was worse. We checked out and went to another hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
