There were great places to eat and shop.

There were great places to eat and shop. Flying kites on the beach is very relaxing. We ate at Chico's Pizza. Love the then crust on their pizzas. We always eat there at least once while in town. Drop Anchor was recommended by the locals and it did not disappoint. The oyster shooters were wonderful! Had the prawns and lobster tail and it was delicious. (Not a puny lobster tail either!)

Our favorite beach town to visit.

Our favorite beach town to visit. Several beach accesses, boardwalk. We love the shops Marsh's free Museum is a great place. Food is good pretty much anywhere. Love Benson^s for breakfast. Scoopers for ice cream. Lots to do and see, 2 lighthouses, kite museum, Funland games, and don't forget go-carts and horseback riding on the beach.

Really, we could have seen the beach and the town's main drag in two days, rather than the three we planned. Families with little kids would enjoy the wide stretch of beach, but as an older couple, we'll only book two nights in the future. Don't miss Marsh's Free Museum, the quirkiest souvenir shop ever! Plenty of good dining options.

I have been coming to Long Beach since I was five years old and I am now 76. It has been a place of memories of such great fun and there are so many other wonderful places to visit that are not that far from LB. We also like to travel over the bridge to Astoria, Or.

Loved the pool with adult hours, the spa with talented massage therapists, and the great pet friendly room we stayed in. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the incredible beach. Very quiet and peaceful stay. The restaurant on site is GREAT as well with incredible views. Felt very comfortable and greatly enjoyed the stay. Excellent large bath with jets and everything, very nice. The shower was also nice.

The condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and handily located close to the swimming pool. We liked the fire pits and seating behind the hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. Loved the new plush towels provided for the swimming pool. The updates that have been made to this facility in the past few years are wonderful. The Chautauqua is our go-to place in Long Beach.

First visit to Long Beach. Mermaid Inn was a perfect location. Very clean, comfy beds, great frig/freezer (for those frozen cranberries we HAD to bring back), great staff (?owners). Can’t say enough! (Wish we had caught you in the morning to book our next stay….we’ll just have to do it on line!) THANK YOU!!!

I loved the layout of the room... #200... and all the amenities were first rate. Bed was super comfortable and the Keurig in the room was a pleasant and welcome surprise. I will definitely be coming back to Long Beach, and staying at Inn at the Sea.

We love smaller hotels with character. So this one fit the bill. Walking distance to ice-cream shop, beach and eating places. Staff at the desk were friendly. We would stay here again. The price is reasonable compared elsewhere in town.

Nice location. About as close to beach as Long Beach allows.1st floor is for pets, 2nd and 3rd for non pet owners. Easy walk to all attractions on main road. Long Beach WA is like a less congested smaller version of Seaside Or.

The staff was great, and we absolutely loved the pool! It was nice and warm (like a giant bathtub). Also they were very pet friendly! The Pickled Fish Restaurant on site was superb, albeit on the spendy side.

Nice hotel… however being a kid and dog friendly hotel the rules need to be tightened. As we had kids playing outside our room window and dogs barking until 10:15pm… but otherwise it is a great place to stay

I liked that it was close to everything in Downtown Long Beach, but the no parking and having to drag all our luggage and food in and then up stairs was a bummer. I also liked the rooftop patio.
