We came up for a family party in Oxon and then to meet up...
We came up for a family party in Oxon and then to meet up with daughters in Liverpool, so didn't spend any time, other than at the hotel, in Frankby, but it does seem like a lovely area from what I could see driving in and out of it.

we walked out to Hilbre Island it was fun, we got to see...
we walked out to Hilbre Island it was fun, we got to see seals and many birds and it was just a fresh experience. We had to time our trip around the tides for that. The village itself has many lovely coffee shops and for a meal, we recommend the Farmers Arms - fabulous food.
