The views are stunning but can be a lot of walking.
The views are stunning but can be a lot of walking. Please find and use the buses, lifts and escalators. We discovered them near the end of our trip and we were exhausted with the walking we did in the heat

My experience of Beausoleil was minimal, each morning, I had breakfast and then walked down into Monaco, and the reverse in the evening. Found a nice cafe/bar in the evening for a pre dinner beer.
Main benefit of Beausoleil was its proximity to Monaco

Beausoleil is located on the french side next to Monaco.
Beausoleil is located on the french side next to Monaco. It is located very conveniently allowing to access not only Monaco, Cap d'Ail or other spots on the Coast, from San Remo to Cannes or St Tropez if you are willing to take the train, but otherwise you have all kinds of walks available and Monaco is very accessible on foot whether from one side of it or the other.

You are too far out of Monaco if that is the intention of your trip.
There needs to be more information on commuting ie bus timetables etc.... it is impossible to get around on foot up hill and taxis are impossible . No views of Monaco as described.

Just across the road from Monaco imaginary border.
Just across the road from Monaco imaginary border. About 1km from Monaco-Monte Carlo train station. Long stairs to go down to Monaco centre/beach and then obviously up-stairs on the return to Villa Boeri :) Beausoleil has some good restaurants, you’ll spend less than in Monaco itself. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous accommodation with 1 bedroom and a large sofa bed (...
Fabulous accommodation with 1 bedroom and a large sofa bed (we did not use) it is very tastefully decorated throughout and the kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, washing machine and Microwave.
Caroline the owner was very helpful in all areas and the appartment was very clean too. Fresh towels and toiletries as well as a comfortable bed.
Very close to Monaco and the beach however it is all up hill from the beach to Beausoleil. So bring walking shoes or get a taxi back.
The hotel is a 7 minute walk from Casino Monte-Carlo, which is amazing to be so close to some of the famous points of interest in Monaco, and be fortunate to stay at a hotel which is close proximity for an amazing price. I felt extremely safe in the area, even at 1-2AM, the surroundings roads are well-lit and there's a police station about 20 second walk from the hotel.
In addition, the breakfast was great and had very generous portions. Lastly, the staff were amazing, and very helpful throughout the visit.
The apartment is very well located, in an area with several shops and restaurants, walking distance to Monte Carlo Casino and several other turistic objectives. From Beausoleil neighbourhood, you have a nice view over Monaco and the sea side as it s on a hill. But no worries, there are escalators that take you up if you're walking home. Overall the apartment is modern, clean and good value for money and the host is very helpful, friendly and polite.
definitely a value for money hotel. Very close to Monte Carlo casino and to the shopping area. Very important, the hotel offers some parking spaces inside the building in a cost of 15€ per day. The guest is able to move the car as many times as he wishes-You have our own key for the garage. There are many elevators in Monaco so try to find the closest to the hotel. Believe me, you save much walking as it is uphill. Very polite and willing staff.
The Hotel location is fine, anyway in Monte Carlo everything is near by. We arrived to Monaco to see ATP masters 1000. Bus stop is cca 10 min walking to bus stop. Italian restaurant and local grocery shop cca 5 min away. Overpriced clearly, hotel is clean, stuff friendly, beakfast continental, many options, really good, coffee maschine available 24 hrs for guests. We had so good time, I would like to highly recommended.
Very nice and clean renovated apartment, near the Monaco access elevators. You exit elevators very close to the garage and the beach, from where you can use public transport or walk to western side of Monaco. The view was beautiful in the morning. All amenities are present, you can have the comfortable stay for a few days. I stayed only for 1 day, but plan to visit again.
Location is great for access to the quieter side of Monaco and the surrounding area. 15 minute walk to Larvotto Beach and the newly refurbished Casino Square. The harbour is maybe 30 minutes walk however pleasant as you pass by the main attractions. Beausoleil has some nice places to eat for a reasonable price. All in all I enjoyed my visit.
This is a gem right at the border of Monaco
The beds were very comfortable, apartment was clean and had blow dryer , clean towels , and iron and ironing board , which was something we appreciated. You can travel light
Also you had 2 amazing Italian restaurants walking distance Maya Mia and Terrazino ❤️
A very cozy apartment , quiet place, with such a nice garden to have a glass of wine in the evening, and an amazing view over Monaco. Recommend it ! You have easy acces downhill on the stairs, and back ,you will have a good exercise,if you choose to walk and explore the surroundings by foot.
The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and shower was warm. I also liked having a kitchen for coffee and breakfast. Both a grocery store and pharmacy are located down the street. Having an outdoor terrace is nice as well. We walked everyday to Monaco Old City and Pier.
Proximity to all facilities including travel, shopping, sites and easily accessibility. Once the escalators are fully installed, there will be little or no difference between being in a flat in Beausoleil or Monaco, but there are lifts if you know where to look.
Location very good! You go down a stairs and You are almost at the Casino. Personal very friendly and I was available to leave all my luggage when I arrived. Room was clean and AC working perfect.
Really impressed for being a 2 stars Hotel
the location was ideal!! 15 minutes walk from the train station, 7 minutes to Monte Carlo Casino, just above Monaco port and near many nice coffee places an restaurant. we were in the middle of everything. the apartment was nice and clean.
Great location, minutes away (walking distance) from the Monte Carlo casino.
Several bakeries, restaurants and a supermarket are located very close to the hotel.
