The Spa Staff were very nice and the treatments were very relaxing.
The hotel was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were professional and friendly and the location on the Mumbles foreshore was excellent. There were many good food options - both at the hotel as well as nearby. All day parking was available near the hotel for GBP6. The hotel was well situated to explore the Gower Peninsula and South Wales. We would definitely stay at the Oyster House again.
Breakfast was very good. Hotel was as good as I expected. Only thing wrong was the shower needed more control-temperature wise- it also needs a small shelf for shampoo etc and it certainly needs a non slip mat to prevent a nasty accident from slipping over on the extremely slippery floor. Other than that all OK.
The beautiful location, with stunning views of the Bay. The size of the bedroom & high quality finish. Very comfortable large bed. Nice toiletries. Had breakfast sitting in the Oyster Pod, delicious eggs benedict. Staff very helpful & friendly. Only wish I had been able to stay at the hotel for longer.
Great location on the waterfront amidst trendy restaurants and bars. Beautiful decor in the rooms and restaurant. We ate breakfast at the hotel which was very good and great setting.
