The staff were friendly. Located just off the QEW so easy to find. Seemed clean generally. It was quite quiet despite being just off the highway. The shower stall appeared to be relatively new.

Paid exorbitant rates for a room that should cost a 1/3 of what I paid. I had to have a room as I was in-town for a funeral. I arrived at 8 p.m. consistent with my reservation. I was advised we were upgraded to a suite. Reception didn't tell me it was a handicapp room with spartan countertop space in the bathroom, an unadjustsble shower head that was 4 feet from the floor and no hot water in the morning for showering or shaving. On top of that, while it was remedied when I left the hotel levied hold charges, on top of the full room charge for two nights, upfront totaling more that $1,300 CDN. When I inquired about 1st U was told it was a mistake to charge a hold fee that high and tge I was told that someone had levied a late charge in error.

The property was a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the Clifton Hill area and the Falls.
The hotel staff were friendly, helpful answering questions, etc. The hotel was very clean and morning breakfast was good. The staff overseeing the breakfast kept area clean and were also very friendly.
Under construction right now. Looks like it can be a cute little community to walk for an evening, but not much to do longer than a day. Will need to drive everyone, but good central location to lots of wineries.

The hotel is going through renovations, we stayed in 1 out of 3 suites they had. The other 2 were still in renovations. The room was huge, bed was so comfy and the big bath tub was great., big balcony was an amazing view. But still needs some work. Overall we loved our room and enjoyed out stay.

Jordan was chosen not specifically for any attractions...
Jordan was chosen not specifically for any attractions nearby. Most people will see Jordan as a sign on the highway and know it for wineries and artisan style shops. Not as touristy as Niagara-on-the-Lake might be but definitely local enjoyment can be had. Jordan is comprised of a harbour on the lake (where the Beacon we stayed is) and the village like areas further south. For those who have plans to travel anywhere in Niagara, Jordan is centrally located and along the QEW so access to Grimsby, Vineland, Beamsville, and Stoney Creek/Hamilton is east to access.

The location and staff were great.
The location and staff were great. They accommodated our request for early check-in.
The room smelled, there was no pool and very poor TV reception. Also there was only one facecloth provided and no tub mat.

We enjoyed our stay at this property.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The pool adds for superb relaxation as long as weather permitting. Was close to wineries, shopping and Niagara. Would definitely want to stay here again for a family or friends trip to the area.
We had a group of 9 at this location. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Plenty of space while hanging out. The home is in a nice rural location with nearby farmer's markets. It is close to the QEW, which makes trips to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, and Toronto convenient. And it is a 5 minute drive to a nice park on the shores of Lake Ontario. Wal-Mart and Foodland stores are a short drive away, which is convenient for getting supplies. And last but not least, there are many nearby wineries.
Great small hotel with exceptional service from great staff. The food at the restaurant and our breakfast in our room were very good. We also had a great couples massage that so relaxed me that I fell asleep. Overall it was an excellent experience that we would happily return.
Lovely stay, a little dated but the Jordan house is historic so you can really appreciate it’s history and location. The staff was lovely and they left us an anniversary card and flowers knowing we were there for the weekend to celebrate. Great touch!
so close to cave springs winery, walking distance. Also restaurant, which was exceptionally delicious.
Room was spacious and clean, although the carpeting needs replaced. Bathroom
was large.
The hotel is gorgeous, the 12' ceilings are lovely, the room was really nice, the staff were great, the restaurant and spa were excellent. Ball's Falls and Bruce trail were nice for hiking.
the lake view from the room was amazing. we had a pet friendly room wth direct access to terrace with grass was convenient and my dog enjoyed the walk. friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
The location in the lovely town of Jordan was perfect. The attachment to the Jordan Tavern was smart and easy to access. The value for the property is perfect.
