Beautiful setting. Very welcoming and comfortable environment. My room was spacious with gorgeous views. I loved all the books and magazines in the room that encouraged relaxation and slowing down. Very peaceful.

We were attending a wedding locally so location played a part in our choice.. it was lovely and warm in the accommodation, the bed was comfy and the tea and coffee facilities included a couple of freshly baked custard tarts. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order. Nothing was too much trouble for our hostess Victoria including a lift to said venue. We had a lovely two night stay and would consider staying again if we came to the area again

Room is great, inside a wing of an old barn. And the location is spectacular. Isolated on it's own estate, the views outside is brilliant. Nice table to sit in the evening and enjoy the scenery. Good starting point to walk (on the estate itself, or towards the lovely town of Napton-On-the-Hill The owner is super friendly and always willing to advice on what todo/ where to go.
