Right across from train station, everyone extremely nice, restaurant next door amazing atmosphere and allll above and beyond customer service . Very nice breakfast included and amazing happy hour specials . Bartender soooooo friendly nice garden area to sit and relax morning and night. Our balcony had the most gorgeous views with tables to relax enjoy views . Would definitely stay again.

Simple room but good for one or two nights to stay. Especially if you'd like to travel on a train. Or if you take a bernina Express bus. The hotel is 3 minutes from the station on foot.

Good location and friendly staff. The family members loafing around and the somewat old-fashioned interiors reminded me of family vacations in the 70s, so much nicer than the impersonal sterility of the large chains.

Everything was nice and smooth. Staff were always friendly, facilities are nice and value for money is the absolute best in the region. Location connects to the city center via bus station which is near the building. I would be visiting again when in Lugano surely!
