I won't recommend this hotel, unless this was the only option, or like me. Booked this site in error. The check-in night staff was pleasant. the morning staff, was rude and unprofessional. Like she did not wanted to be bothered. Facial expression was bad.

The staff was friendly and helpful!
The staff was friendly and helpful! The bedroom was clean, but the queen room had one bed that could not be slept in because it was so broken down ! They billed a breakfast but come to find out it was cereal and carbs! The non smoking room smelled okay but the carpet was full of cigarette holes! All for $150.00! Wow what a deal ! I'm being facetious here! We were very disappointed with our stay! We would never stay there again! The only reason that we chose that Hotel was because we had a Sentri appointment early the next morning!

Checking out the room when I first arrived, I noticed that the bathroom smelled like urine. The sofa bed mattress also had a blood stain on it which should have been replaced. I called for an extra pillow and Management reported they didn’t have any. I also called for extra towels and management reported, they didn’t have any. This was very concerning and caused issues with proper hygienic care. I also called for extra bed sheets and they never delivered them (as they had promised) to the room. So I had to retrieve them from the front desk. The sink was also leaking, so the countertop was constantly flooded. The TV also didn’t work.

This area was pleasant with easy access to the border crossing (CBX) for our trip into the Baja. There were plenty of restaurants available and the area felt very safe. We received excellent directions to the CBX from the desk staffer in the morning.

Great breakfast with so many selections and rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't get a chance to explore the area as we flew in from San Diego airport in the evening and were flying out from Tijuana airport the next morning. It's located in an industrial area of the city so not many restaurants around but we grabbed a bite in San Diego before we headed to the hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Just an industrial complex for the most part.
Just an industrial complex for the most part. Right on the border of Mexico if you plan to go to Tijuana, which I would not recommend. A few major border crossings nearby. A lot of migrant workers and truck traffic.
the stay never happened. I get up to the front desk to check in and they said my booking never confirmed on their system and were sold out of rooms. had to drive another 10 minutes to a worse hotel and pay more. not stoked on that
The staff were great! Especially coming right after leaving a different hotel early for less-than good service. Thank you.
Also much appreciated a clean hotel that smelled good.
