The hotel is in a fantastic location, next to Ponte di Rialto, and the hotel staff was awesome and took great care of us. Breakfast was incredible, with so much food that it could barely fit on the table. All in all a great experience

We just come back from the most amazing stay at this hotel. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a canal view room due to it being our wedding anniversary! The room was beautiful and in the new part of the hotel. It has been renovated to a very high standard. The beds were so comfy and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful even walking us to the point our water taxi was collecting us for the airport.
We only had breakfast on the last day but the selection was very good and you could have as much as you wanted. There is a lovely little restaurant just across from the hotel in a tiny peaceful square where we had 2 lovely meals and we thoroughly recommend it. The hotel is well positioned close to the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square but just far enough away from the hustle n bustle. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.
