Our host was welcoming and friendly, with excellent Engllish and happy to advise on local cultural attractions and restaurants.
She surprised us with a delicious and beautifully decorated heart-shaped strawberry shortcake when she found that we were celebrating our 60th
wedding anniversary.

The host told so many lies about my stay. She knew I didn’t have a car and I asked for only one trip to buy my groceries but she didn’t want this. There weren’t any taxis and that’s why the local took me home.I did notify the host.My plane was late which I explained to her. This is so wrong she gives this explanation.

Really lovely place to visit but you only need two to three days there to see everything. Lovely art galleries and shops. The best place to eat was Le Tilleul run by Maxine and his team. Fabulous food and really great service ! Avoid the Colomb D'Or restaurant - overpriced and very basic food. A basket of raw unpeeled vegetables in a basket with a tiny tiny bowl of pate for €40 ! Go and see Atelier Tanagra - lovely artwork, and her recommendation for the Craquelin from Patisserie Palanque in nearby Vence has to be followed.

St Paul is a beautiful historic village, full of art galleries & quirky shops selling lovely local produce. It's an ideal place to spend a day just wandering the cobbled streets & relaxing with a cold drink to admire the views of the countryside. Non slip shoes are a must as the narrow streets can be slippery.

We stayed nearby but visited the town every day or evening.
We stayed nearby but visited the town every day or evening. A charming place with extraordinary views. Several good restaurants. cosy atmosphere with folks playing boules at the Place de General de Gaulle. Walking around was easy, however I recommend good walking shoes (the pavements were centuries old and naturally uneven)

A great village full of art shops, and very picturesque.
A great village full of art shops, and very picturesque. It can get very crowded with tourists, but - that's okay: we ARE tourists. I'd like to have seen at least one supermarket, and maybe a few more restaurants. The restaurants we went to were great, and we especially liked Andrea.

We loved our airy room with a large en suite. The hotel has a small number of rooms and is well appointed with a good breakfast and wonderful pool area. The location was amazing, just above St Paul de Vence, a beautiful town. The pool was clean, plenty of loungers available, no having to bagsie a bed! The towels were huge and there were lovely shady areas in the garden which was well looked after with beautiful planters and trees. A truly tranquil spot. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
Everything was exceptional. Their high quality services exceeded our expectations. Free access to facilities like the spa, the outside pools and lagoon or the staff members attention made our stay magical. The room was impeccable, special mention to the evening cleaning room service. Moreover, breakfast is various and tasty.
The whole property is so beautiful, we fell in love with it then we ended up adding one more night to our stay in order to visit Saint-Paul de Vence village. It was a must !
The house is centrally located in Saint Paul de Vence and a short walk from all the attractions and a host of fantastic restaurants. The house is very spacious and beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated, with a large modern kitchen, big lounge and spacious main bedroom and bathroom. It is very quiet and peaceful inside and is a haven from the busy all the activity in the the town. We felt rested and rejuvenated at the end of our stay.
The property is absolutely beautiful on the heart of Saint Paul de Vence. We loved the shared space and the small number of rooms (we never saw any other guests). Our room was beautiful with a full shower and stand alone tub. Walking distance to everything and an amazing AC which was necessary in July. There was a coffee maker in the common area for breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful.
The hotel was at a very low occupancy on the night we stayed . It was very quiet (a bonus for us!). The pool and the garden were well maintained. Room was OK.
On-site restaurant was one of the reasons we chose this place. Dinner was amazing! food, wine, atmosphere, and service were not less then perfect (and we didn't have to drive anywhere afterwards). Thank you!
This was the jewel of a 3 week road trip. Elegant property, views of the village, views of the Mediterranean. Truly luxury. Wonderful hosts/owners, easy walk to the historic village, bus stop to Cagnes (and trains to Nice/Monaco or Cannes) at the foot of the drive. Will certainly return to enjoy the good life in Haute Provence! A real treat.
A hidden gem near Vence which I didnt know it existed although I have been coming here for years. It is one of the best hotels, if not the best in the area. It is a beautiful place with gorgeous gardens and swimming pool. The suites are super clean, very comfortable and luxurious with lovely terraces or swimmimg pool.
Everything about our stay in Saint Paul de Vence was amazing! the house was beautiful. we stayed in room 1 which I believe has the best view of the mountains and ocean. I would of happily of spent 3 days just in the room if the town also wasn’t just as beautiful. All the people in Saint Paul and amazingly friendly.
A quiet area, good location not far for many nice places
20min walk from Saint Paul de Vences through a small path (we did it only once, then we take the car)
The host are friendly and available, but you got the impression they don't really know how to host tourist
Cleaning was done every day

We came across this little jem with fantastic views looking over Saint Paul de Vence. A place where you can relax and unwind and enjoy the local villages that surround you. Fantastic host who will look after you during your stay.
Pretty setting. Attractively decorated rooms . Kind, helpful staff . Nearby car park which is not the case for hotels in Saint Paul de Vence . Had a lovely peaceful evening with a half bottle of rose on my little terrace .
Great hotel .
